Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն ռադայի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Ռազումկովը համոզված չէ, որ հավանություն կտա Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ, Օդեսայի նախկին նահանգապետ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիի՝ բարեփոխումների գծով փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակմանը, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:

Ավելի վաղ Սաակաշվիլին հայտարարել էր, որ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում իր նշանակման հարցի քվեարկությունը Գերագույն ռադայում տեղի կունենա ապրիլի 30-ին: Ապրիլի 26-ին Ռազումկովը տեղեկացրել է, որ կառավարությունը դեռևս խորհրդարանին չի ներկայացրել կադրային նշանակումների, այդ թվում՝ Սաակաշվիլիի նշանակման հարցը: Նախագահական «Ժողովրդի ծառա» կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիդ Արախամիան հայտարարել է, որ Սաակաշվիլիի նշանակման հարցը հինգշաբթի կայանալիք խորհրդարանական նիստի օրակարգում դեռևս չկա:

«Ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ այլ պետությունների փորձը օգտագործելն ու տարբեր ոլորտների մասնագետներին ներգրավելը շատ կարևոր է: Բայց ամեն դեպքում կարծում եմ, որ մեր թիմում էլ բավական քանակությամբ գործընկերներ ունենք, որոնք կկարողանան բարեփոխումներ անցկացնել և օգտակար լինել կառավարությանը: Այսօրվա դրությամբ ես համոզված չեմ, որ ամբողջովին կկիսեմ և հավանություն կտամ կառավարությունում քննարկվող նոր կադրային նշանակումներին»,-հայտարարել է Ռազումկովը:

Նա նաև նշել է, որ կադրային նշանակումների հարցում ամենակարևորը ձայների առկայությունն է: Ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը պարզ կլինի արդեն խորհրդարանի արտահերթ նիստին ավելի մոտ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում:

«Խմբակցությունում կարծիքների մեծամասնությունը բաժանվել է: Նիստին ավելի մոտ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, եթե այդ հարցը դրվի, մենք կտեսնենք ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը: Ոմանք համոզված աջակցում են այդ նախաձեռնությանը, ոմանք դեմ են արտահայտվում, ոմանք ավելի հուզական և քաղաքական են մոտենում, ոմանք պրագմատիկ են մոտենում այս հարցին` ելնելով հիմնարար արժեքներից»,-հավելել է Ռազումկովը:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր Tert.am-ը, Ուկրաինայի Գերագույն ռադան Օդեսայի նախկին նահանգապետ և Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիին հնարավոր է նշանակի բարեփոխումների գծով փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում: Սաակաշվիլիի թեկնածությունը փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնում առաջարկել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին:
