Մինչև հիմա գործող իշխանությունները չեն բացահայտում մեղավորներին, որը ևս մեկ ապացույց է, որ այս ամենի հետևում կանգնած են բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, այդ թվում նաև Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

«Մաքսանենգ ծխախոտը և Փաշինյանները

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աներորդու՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հրաչյա Հակոբյանի կողմից դեպի Կրասնոդար (Աֆղանստան տեղափոխելու նպատակաով) մատակարարված 4 միլիոն դոլարի մաքսանենգ ծխախոտի հետ կապված սկանդալը շարունակվում է... Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Հայաստանի գլխավոր աներորդին կտրականապես հերքել է այդ տեղեկությունը, երեկ բազմաթիվ ԶԼՄ-ներ մանրամասն տեղեկություններ հրապարակեցին, թե, բացի Հրաչյա Հակոբյանից, էլ ովքեր են ներգրավված եղել այդ հանցավոր գործողության մեջ... Ամենազավեշտալին իշխանությունների շահերը սպասարկող լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի "բացահայտումն" էր, որ ծխախոտ արտադրող ու փոխադրող ընկերությունը նախկին պաշտոնյաներինն է եղել...

Ի դեպ, ծխախոտի արտադրողը հերքել է, որ նրանք որևէ առնչություն ունեն այդ խմբաքանակի արտահանման հետ...

Հարց է առաջանում՝ ու՞... Այսինքն, ըստ դարակազմիկ այս բացահայտման պրիմիտիվ հեղինակների, Հայաստանում այնպիսի "բառդակ" վիճակ է, որ նախկին իշխանավորները կարող են 4 միլիոն դոլարի մաքսանենգ ծխախոտ դուրս բերել Հայաստանից ու այդ ամենն անեին առանց գործող իշխանությունների իմացությա՞ն... Ո՞ւր էին մաքսատան, ոստիկանության և ԱԱԾ-ի ներկայացուցիչները... Այդ ապրանքը դուրս բերելու համար բազամաթիվ գերատեսչությունների թույլտվությունն է անհաժեշտ, որոնք մաքսանենգ-հանցագործները ստացել են... Իշխանություններին սպասարկող սույն լրատվամիջոցը իր այս բացահայտումով ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեց՝ խոշորամասշտաբ այդ հանցագործության հետևում կանգնած են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները...

Չի կարող որևէ մեկն առանց իշխանությունների իմացության` 4 միլիոն դոլարի մաքսանենգ ծխախտոտ դուրս բերել երկրից...
