Այսօր Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ իրենք ստեղծում են Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականություն՝ կոնկրետ ընդգծելով, որ մինչ այժմ Հայաստանն արտաքին քաղաքականություն չի ունեցել։

Թարգմանաբար դա նշանակում է, որ մինչ այժմ որդեգրած արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսը սխալ է եղել։

Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում։ Նիկոլերենից եթե թարգմանենք, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ ներկայումս իրենց իշխանությունն ունի լուրջ և անհաղթահարելի խնդիրներ Ռուսաստանի հետ և նոր արտաքին քաղաքականություն ստեղծել ասելով նա պարզապես ի նկատի է ունեցել Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության կուրսի 180 աստիճան փոփոխություն։

Նախօրեին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը հաստատեց, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ կան խնդիրներ և շարունակելով այս թեզը, փաստացի հրաժարվեց անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին Լավրովի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունից՝ թույլատրել Ռուսաստանի փորձագետների մուտքը Հայաստանի տարածքում գործող ամերիկյան կենսաբանական լաբորատորիաներ։

Իսկ երեկ հայ հասարակությունը քննարկում էր մեկ օրում երկու պաշտոն ստացած երիտասարդի ֆենոմենը, ով շատ արագ հայտնվեց ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալի պաշտոնում՝ շատ կոնկրետ և հասկանալի խնդիրներ լուծելու նպատակով։

Իսկ ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված Փաշինյանի կտրուկ հիասթափությունը Ռուսաստանից, որի հետ հարաբերությունները նա հռչակում էր աննախադեպ փայլուն։ Պատճառները բազմաթիվ են և դրանց մասին բազմիցս արտահայտվել են տարբեր փորձագետներ և քաղաքական գործիչներ, այդ թվում նաև ես։

Սակայն կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակը նոր սրբագրումներ մտցրեց Փաշինյանի ծրագրերում և արագացրեց իշխանափոխությունը գունավոր հեղափոխության վերածելու գործընթացը։

Ձախողելով համաճարակի տարածումը կանխելու իր ռազմավարությունը, նա Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը հասցրել է կոլափսի եզրին, ինչի փրկության միակ ճանապարհը դրսից ֆինանսական մեծ աջակցությունն է։ Իսկ քաղաքական գործընթացներից նվազագույն պատկերացում ունեցող ցանկացած անձ կհաստատի, որ մեծ ֆինանսական և տնտեսական օժանդակության ծրագրերը պահանջում են ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքական ձևափոխում՝ վճարող կողմի պահանջներն ու պայմանները բավարարելու համար։

Ռուսաստանից լուրջ տնտեսական օժանդակություն ստանալ Փաշինյանը չի կարող, քանի որ արդեն խոստովանել են, որ երկկողմ հարաբերություններում առկա են լուրջ խնդիրներ և այդ մասին բարձրաձայն խոսեց նաև ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Լավրովը։

Մնում է արևմուտքը՝ ԱՄՆ կամ Եվրոպական պետությունները, որոնք այդ օժանդակության դիմաց կդնեն շատ կոնկրետ պահանջներ. սառեցնել երկկողմ և բազմակողմ համագործակցությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ, գեներացնել հակառուսական տրամադրություններ Հայաստանի հասարակության շրջանում, բարձրացնել ԵԱՏՄ-ից և ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու հարցը և այդպես շարունակ։

Իր իսկ անգրագիտության հետևանքով անելանելի վիճակում հայտնված Փաշինյանը չունի այլ տարբերակ, քան գնալ վերը նշված քայլերի՝ ՀՀ արտաքին և ներքին անվտանգության համար սպառնալիքներ ստեղծելու գնով իր իշխանությունը մի քանի ամսով երկարաձգելու համար։

Եթե այս սցենարը իրականություն դառնալու նախանշաններ ցույց տվեց, ապա մեզ այլ բան չի մնում անել, քան փաստել, որ 2018թ. ապրիլին Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ գունավոր հեղափոխություն, իսկ իշխանության են եկել արևմտյան ֆոնդերի կողմից հավաքագրված օտարերկրյա գործակալները, այսինքն՝ պետական և ազգային դավաճանները։

Իսկ նրանց դեմ պայքարում ընդունելի են բոլոր միջոցներն ու կանոնները։
