«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ՀՀ կառավարության և ՏԻՄ-երի միջև փոխհարաբերություններում գոյություն ունեցող խութերին առաջին անգամ չէ, որ անդրադառնում ենք։ 

Քանիցս ենք նշել, որ ներկայումս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա իշխանության ամենացավոտ հատվածը հենց տարածքային կառույցներն ու «նախկին իշխանությունների» հետ ասոցացվող, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ «թրի տակով չանցած» համայնքապետներն են։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունում վերջերս քաղաքական որոշում է կայացվել, ըստ որի՝ այդպիսի համայնքապետների հետ կապված կոնկրետ քայլեր են նախատեսվում իրականացվել՝ ընդհուպ ձերբակալություններ ու կալանավորումներ։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունն իրեն ամենաթույլն է զգում Լոռու և Սյունիքի մարզերում: Մասնավորաբար, Սյունիքում պլանավորել են մի շարք համայնքապետների նկատմամբ նման գործընթաց իրականացնել, ի մասնավորի խոսքը Կապանի և Մեղրիի համայնքապետների մասին է (Գորիսի քաղաքապետի նկատմամբ արդեն իսկ հարուցված քրեական գործ կա, իսկ Կապանի քաղաքապետի բնակարանն են խուզարկել)։ 

Պատկերը տխուր է նաև Լոռու մարզում, որտեղ մոտ մեկ տարի է՝ թիրախում են Թումանյանի և Ստեփանավանի համայնքապետները, իսկ Օձունի և Շնողի համայնքապետների նկատմամբ մի շարք քրեական գործեր են հարուցված։ Թե՛ մարզերի, թե՛ համայնքապետների ցուցակը, սակայն, սրանով չի սահմանափակվի: 

Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, այս հարցում իշխանությունների համար իսկական մահակ է հանդիսացել նաև խորհրդարանի կողմից վերջերս վավերացված՝ «Ապօրինի ձեռք բերված գույքի բռնագանձման մասին» օրենքը։
