Ուսումնական տարին ավարտին է մոտենում, և Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը բնութագրող տվյալներում արդեն հասանելի են 2019/2020 ուստարվա՝ նաև բարձրագույն կրթությանը վերաբերող ցուցանիշները:

 

Որպեսզի հասկանանք, թե ինչպիսին է սովորողների ընդհանուր թվի, անվճար և վճարովի ընդունվածների, ավարտածների, նաև առկա և հեռակա ուսուցման համակարգերում արձանագրված դինամիկան, այս ուսումնական տարվա տվյալները համեմատել ենք 2018/2019 ուսումնական տարվա հետ: Մինչ այդ, նշենք, որ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակած տվյալների համաձայն՝ բուհերի քանակը ինչպես նախորդ, այնպես էլ այս ուսումնական տարում չի կրճատվել: Այս պահին Հայաստանում 56 բուհ կա:

Ներկայացնելով 2019/2020 ուստարում բարձրագույն պետական և ոչ պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունների ուսանողների թվաքանակի շարժը բնութագրող ցուցանիշները՝ նկատենք, որ 2019/2020 ուստարում բուհ է ընդունվել 14 631 անձ: 2019 թ.-ին ավարտած ուսանողները 15846-ն են: Բուհերում սովորողների ընդհանուր թիվը նշված ուսումնական տարում կազմել է 64 547:

Համեմատելով 2018/2019թ. ուսումնական տարվա տվյալները՝ նշենք, որ այդ ժամանակահատվածում սովորողների ընդհանուր քանակը եղել է 69 622: Ստացվում է, որ նախորդ ուսումնական տարվա համեմատ 2019/2020 ուստարում ուսանողների թիվը նվազել է 5075-ով:

 Իսկ երբ դիտարկում ենք նաև 2017/2018 թ. ուսումնական տարվա տվյալները, ստացվում է, որ միայն 2019/2020թ.-ին այդ ուստարվա համեմատ ուսանողների ընդհանուր թիվը նվազել է 14 200-ով:

Անդրադառնանք նաև 2018/2019 ուստարվա ընդունվածների և ավարտածների վիճակագրությանը՝ համեմատելով այն 2019/2020 թ.-ի հետ: 2018/2019թ. ուսումնական տարում ընդունվողների թիվը կազմել է 9512, որը 5119-ով ավելի քիչ է 2019/2020 ուստարվա ընդունվողներից: 

Եվ եթե 2019 թ.-ին բուհն ավարտել է 15846 ուսանող, ապա 2018 թ.-ին ավարտողները եղել են 15 540-ը: Այս ցուցանիշները վկայում են, որ թեպետ ուսանողների ընդհանուր թիվը նվազել է, բայց 2019/2020 ուսումնական տարում նախորդի համեմատ ավելացել է և՛ ընդունվողների, և՛ ավարտողների թիվը:

Առանձին դիտարկելով առկա և հեռակաուսուցման ձևերը՝ նշենք, որ առկա ուսուցմամբ ընդունվածների թիվը 2019/2020 ուստարում եղել է 11 392, ավարտածներինը՝ 11 847: 2018/2019 ուստարվա համեմատ առկա ուսուցման համակարգով ընդունված ուսանողների թիվը 2019/2020 ուսումնական տարում ավելացել է 6 596-ով: 2018/2019 ուստարում առկա ուսուցման համակարգով ավարտածները 11 032 են եղել՝ 815-ով ավելի քիչ 2019 թ.-ին այդ համակարգով ավարտածների թվի համեմատ:

2019/2020 ուստարում ավելացել է նաև հեռակա ուսուցման համակարգով ընդունվածների թիվը: Եթե 2018/2019 ուստարում հեռակա ընդունվածները 2 916-ն էին, ապա 2019/2020 ուստարում 3239-ն են եղել:

Ինչ վերաբերում է այս համակարգերով սովորողների ընդհանուր թվին, ապա այստեղ նվազում կա: 2019/2020 ուստարում 2018/2019 -ի համեմատ առկա ուսուցմամբ սովորող ուսանողների թիվը նվազել է 1899-ով, իսկ հեռակա ուսուցմամբ սովորողներինը՝ 3176-ով:

Առանձին անդրադառնալով անվճար և վճարովի ուսուցման համակարգերով բարձրագույն պետական ուսումնական հաստատություններ ընդունվածների տվյալներին՝ նկատենք, որ 2019 /2020 ուսումնական տարում հանրապետությունում անվճար և վճարովի հիմունքներով ընդունվածների ընդհանուր թիվը կազմել է 13 006: Նշված թվից անվճար են ընդունվել 2220-ը, վճարովի՝ 10 786-ը:

2018/2019 ուստարում անվճար և վճարովի հիմունքներով ընդունվածների ընդհանուր թիվը եղել է 8200, որից անվճար է ընդունվել 2008-ը, վճարովի՝ 6 192-ը:

Դիտարկելով անվճար և վճարովի համակարգերով սովորողների ընդհանուր թիվը՝ հավելենք, որ, ի տարբերություն 2018/2019-ի, 2019/2020 ուստարում անվճար հիմունքներով սովորողների ընդհանուր թիվը նվազել է 572-ով, վճարովին՝ 5679-ով:

Միևնույն ժամանակ նշենք, որ վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն, 2018/2019 ուստարվա համեմատ 2019/2020 ուստարում 139-ով ավելացել է բարձրագույն պետական և ոչ պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունների պրոֆեսորադասախոսական անձնակազմի թիվը: 

2019/2020 ուստարում ավելացել են նաև 25-ից բարձր տարիք ունեցող սովորողները: Մինչդեռ 17 տարիքային շեմում նվազում կա. եթե 2018/2019-ին այդ տարիքային խմբում սովորողների թիվը 2400 էր, ապա 2019/2020թ. ուստարում դարձել է 1931:
