Լուսանկարի հերոսներն ինչպե՞ս կարդարացնեն հակահամավարակային շփումները

Ինչի՞ մասին է պատմում երեկ Արցախի նախագահի երդմնակալությունից հետո համացանցում տարածված լուսանկարը, որտեղ ընտրանին ֆուրշեթի սեղանի շուրջ չէր պահպանում սոցիալական հեռավորությունն ու հակահամաճարակային նորմերը։ Այս լուսանկարը տեսնողը կարո՞ղ է ենթադրել, որ եթե քաղաքական և հոգևոր վերնախավը թերագնահատում է կորոնավիրուսի վտանգները, ապա դրանք չափազանցված են։ Ո՛չ։ Այս ենթադրությունը հակասում է պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությանը, ըստ որի՝ վիրուսը վտանգավոր է կյանքի համար։ Հետևաբար՝ այս ենթադրությունը սխալ է։ Սոցիալապես պատասխանատու քաղաքացին չի կարող այսպիսի ենթադրություն անել։ Մանավանդ, որ ՀՀ վարչապետը լուսանկարի ֆուրշեթից մի քանի ժամ առաջ, ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում ընդգծեց, որ կորոնավիրուսի վտանգների մասին ոչ մի տեղեկատվություն գաղտնի չի պահվում քաղաքացուց։ Արդյո՞ք կարող է տպավորություն առաջանալ, որ վերնախավը, խախտելով հակահամաճարակային պահանջները, միտումնավոր վատ օրինակ է ծառայում, որպեսզի նպաստի վարակի տարածմանը։ Այս ենթադրությունն էլ հակասում է Թավշյա, ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական հեղափոխության տրամաբանությունը, որովհետև ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված վարչապետն ու ընտրանին չեն կարող գիտակցաբար այնպիսի արարք կատարել, որը կվտանգի հասարակական առողջությունը։ Այս ենթադրությունը հակասում է նաև Վարչապետի՝ կառավարության անդամներին արած կարգադրությանը, որ ամենուր, բացառությամբ իրենց կաբինետի, պարտադիր դիմակ կրեն, պահպանեն հակահամավարակային նորմերը։ Մարդու հուզական բնույթը հաշվի առնելով, կարելի՞ է ենթադրել, որ Արցախի նախագահի ընտրությունն ու երդմնակալության արարողությունը, որպես մեծ ձեռքբերում, համազգային հաղթանակ, անափ ուրախություն են պատճառել վերնախավին, և վերջինս ուրախությունից փոքրիկ խենթություններ է թույլ տվել, մոռանալով համավարակի վտանգների մասին։ Այս ենթադրությունը ևս ընդունելի չէ, քանի որ նույն քաղաքական-պետական-հոգևոր գործիչները բազմիցս կոչ են արել քաղաքացիներին՝ չկազմակերպել նշանդերք, հարսանիք, խնջույք, ծնունդ, կնունք, ինչ առիթ էլ լինի՝ 5 հոգուց ավելի չհավաքվել սեղանների շուրջ։ Այսպիսի ռացիոնալ, սթափ, խիստ խորհուրդներ տվող վերնախավը չի կարող հուզական պոռթկում ունենալ և, թեկուզ մեկ պահ, մոռանալ համավարակի վտանգները։ Այնուամենայնիվ, լուսանկարին երկար և սևեռուն նայելուց հետո կարելի է նկատել, որ «փչացած հեռախոսի» ենթակառուցվածքով տարածվող ապատեղեկատվության և դավադրության տեսությունների սկբնաղբյուրը պաշտոնյաների հակասական-անպատասխանատու վարքագիծն է, որից օրինակ է վերցնում քաղաքացին։ Ուստի՝ անչափ հետաքրքիր է, թե լուսանկարի հերոսներն առաջիկայում ինչպե՞ս կարդարացնեն իրենց հակահամավարակային-համարձակ շփումները ֆուրշեթի սեղանի շուրջ։
