«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արտուշ պապի պատմության ընթացքը ապրիլի 24-ից սկսյալ ծանր տպավորություն թողեց: Բայց այստեղ խնդիրն այն չէ, որ կեսգիշերին «վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ» մարդուն տանում են Ծիծեռնակաբերդ, որ նրա տան վերանորոգումից հետո հայտնվեց Արտուշ պապի ու նրա դստեր, թե թոռան դժգոհության տեսանյութը, նույնիսկ այն չէ, որ գումար տվողները հետո այցելել են պապին ու ստիպել ասել, որ գումար ստացել է այնուամենայնիվ: Մի խոսքով՝ մատի փաթաթան: 

Ընդհանուր առմամբ այս ամենը տհաճ տպավորություն թողեց, անհասկանալի երևույթներ շատ կային, հարցականներ ևս: Խնդիրն այս պարագայում այլ հարթության մեջ է: Այս պատմությունը չափազանց խորհրդանշական է առաջին հերթին արհեստական PR-ի տեսակետից, երբ մարդուն, քաղաքացուն, նրա վիճակն օգտագործում ես սեփական քարոզչական նպատակներով: 

Մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք նշելու, որ հիանալի է, երբ լուծվում են Արտուշ պապի կամ Մեխակի հարցերը, սակայն երբ դրանք անհատական օրինակներ են, իսկ նման վիճակում գտնվող տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ չգիտեն՝ ինչպես լուծեն իրենց հարցը, քանի որ չեն հայտնվել Ծիծեռնակաբերդի կամ վարչապետի ճանապարհին, տպավորությունը, մեղմ ասած, այլ է լինում: Սա՝ մեկ: 

Մյուս կողմից՝ մեր հանրության արձագանքը Արտուշ պապի հանդեպ մեկ անգամ ևս ցույց է տալիս, որ «հերոսացումից» «դավաճանի» պիտակ ընդամենը կես քայլ է: Մեկ ամիս առաջ բոլորը հոգատարության ցույցեր էին անում, պահանջներ դնում, իսկ հիմա նույն այդ մարդիկ հայհոյում են տարիքն առած մարդուն: 

Այդպես նաև հասարակական, առավել ևս քաղաքական հարաբերություններում է: Այնպես որ, այսօրվա սերը վաղը կարող է ատելության վերածվել, ավելին՝ առավոտվա սերը արդեն երեկոյան կարող է ատելության վերածվել: Նման օրինակներ շատ ունենք, ու ոչ միայն վաղ անցյալում:

 Այնպես որ, այս հանգամանքն աչքի առջև պիտի ունենան բոլորը, հատկապես մեծամտության ու անսխալականության բարդույթով տառապողները...
