Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սկզբում խայտառակեց ՀԱՊԿ-ը, հիմա էլ` ԵԱՏՄ-ն։ Գրում է քաղաքագետ Միհրան Հակոբյանը։

«Միքայել Մինասյանի բացահայտումներն այնքան շոկային էին, որ ուշադրությունից դուրս մնացին կարևորագույն նրբություններ: Վորոնեժ ուղարկված մաքսանենգ ծխախոտի մաֆիոզ սխեմաները կարծես թե առնչվում են նաև ՀՀ կառավարության քվոտայով ԵԱՏՄ պաշտոնյայի հետ: Եվ ոչ միայն Վորոնեժ: Օրը կգա, մոսկովյան արկածների մասին էլ կիմանանք ու կամաչենք, որ ժողվարչապետն իր «զեմլյակի» հետ միասին հայկական պետական դրոշի ու զինանշանի ծխածածկույթի տակ մանր ջեբկիրությամբ էր զբաղված ռուսաստանյան անդաստաններում:

Երկու կոպեկ փող աշխատելու խաթր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չի վերածել մոսկովյան անցումներում կեղծ դիպլոմ ծախող բուդկայի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մաֆիոզ սխեմաների մեջ է ներքաշել նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ն` ի դեմս Հայաստանի քվոտայով ԵԱՏՄ-ում իր կադրային նշանակումների: Եվ այդ մասին շատ լավ գիտեն ԵԱՏՄ և ոչ միայն ԵԱՏՄ երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունները: Ըստ էության, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խայտառակեց ոչ միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ը, երբ ակնհայտ շինծու և կարված գործով ՀԱՊԿ-ից հետ կանչեց կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար գեներալ Խաչատուրովին, այլև ԵՏԱՄ-ն խայտառակեց: Որովհետև պարզվեց, որ Հայաստանից նշանակված ԵԱՏՄ որոշ պաշտոնյաներ ժողվարչապետի հետ միասին ոտքից գլուխ խրված են կանտաբանդայի մաֆիոզ սխեմաների մեջ:

Պատկերացնու՞մ եք` սա ինչ հարված է ԵԱՏՄ հեղինակությանը, պատկերացնու՞մ եք` ինչ աչքով են հիմա նայում մեր ժողվարչապետին ԵԱՏՄ և ոչ միայն ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների ղեկավարները: Ծիծաղելին այն է, որ բոլորն են հասկացել` ՀԱՊԿ-ն ու ԵԱՏՄ-ն ժողվարչապետը չի խայտառակել արևմտյան ինչ-ինչ շրջանակների պատվերով: ՀԱՊԿ-ն ու ԵԱՏՄ-ն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խայտառակել է սերմացու գողացող մկան նման մի քանի կոպեկ թռցնելու համար: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թքած ունի Հայաստանի միջազգային համբավի վրա էլ, ԵԱՏՄ և ՀԱՊԿ համբավի վրա էլ: Կարևորը` իր իսկ բառապաշարով ասած` լափը տեղը լինի ու քանի մոտ է լափամանին` ինչքան կարող է ու ոնց կարող է` լափելու է: Հետո էլ զարմանում են, թե Հայաստանի ժողվարչապետին միջազգային մակարդակում ինչու բանի տեղ չեն դնում: Իսկ միջազգային հարաբերություններում այդ ե՞րբ են մանր ջեբկիրներին հարգել, որ սրան հարգեին...»,- գրում է Հակոբյանը։
