Ես երեկ շատ լուրջ խոսակցություն եմ ունեցել ոստիկանապետի, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի հետ, տեսչական մարմինների աշխատանքը համակարգող գրասենյակի ղեկավարի հետ: Ամեն ինչը պարզ է, սակայն ես ուզում եմ հասկանանք, որ իմ գործելու մեթոդը մնում է նույնը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում հայտարարել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ կարևորելով քաղաքացիների մասնակցությունը. «Բա առանց ժողովրդի ոնց էինք իշխանափոխություն անելու: Մենք սուպերմե՞ն ենք,կախա՞րդ ենք, մո՞գ ենք: Նույնն էլ այստեղ է՝ մարդն ուզում է օգնել համավարակի տարածմանը, թե՞ օգնել դրա կանխմանը: Ես հասկանում եմ, որ Հայաստանում լիքը մարդ կա, ովքեր նպաստում են ամեն ինչին»:

Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ սխալներ բոլորն են անում, այդ թվում նաև ինքը. «Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախում արված լուսանկարին, ապա ասեմ, որ այդ ինաուգուրացիան տեղի է ունեցել Արցախում հաստատված իրավական կարգավորումների շրջանակներում:

Հիմա մենք խոսում ենք բանկերի կուտակումների մասին, խոսում ենք կարգը, օրենքը խախտելու մասին: Շուշիում ոչ մի օրենք չի խախտվել: Այնտեղ օրենքի խախտման մասին մեկ ադրբեջանցի է ահազանգում, մեկ էլ ինչ-որ շրջանակներ»:

Վարչապետի խոսքերով, սա առողջապահական խնդիր չէ, առողջապահությունն ինչ կարողանում է, անում է, մի բան էլ ավել․ «Սա կարգուկանոնի խնդիր է:

Ես, որ խոսքով  ՀՀ վարչապետ եմ դարձել, պետք է սպեցնազը հանեմ ու ծեծուջարդ անեմ ժողովրդի մեջ, որ կագուկանոն պահպանե՞մ: Ես ո՞նց անեմ ըտենց բան»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ սովոր չէ նման բանի. «Մենք իրար հետ խոսել ենք, պայմանավորվել ենք, արել ենք: Հա, էլի խստացնենք, բայց մենք երկրում փոփոխություններ ենք արել իրար հետ պայմանավորվելով, բացատրելով, կոչ անելով, հարգելով:

Հիմա սա ուզում ենք փոխարինենք դուբինկաներով պարի հե՞տ: Սա պրոբլեմ է, իմը չէ: Այսպես կարելի է վարվել հանցավոր շրջանակների հետ: Սեփական ժողովրդի հետ ո՞նց էտպես վարվենք»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ բանկային համակարգը, «Հայփոստ»-ը պետք է իր հարցերը լուծի, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ վարչական լծակներ չեն լինելու:
