Երեքշաբթի ամերիկյան Google կորպորացիայի դեմ հավաքական հայց է ներկայացվել՝ կապված միլիոնավոր օգտատերերի մասնավոր կյանքի մեջ ապօրինի ներխուժելու մեղադրանքների հետ: Reuters գործակալությունն այսօր հայտնել է, Alphabet ամերիկյան հոլդինգին, որի մեջ է մտնում Google-ը, սպառնում է 5 մլրդ դոլարի տուգանք:

«[Google-ը] չի կարող մասնակցել համակարգիչ կամ հեռախոս ունեցող փաստացի յուրաքանչյուր ամերիկացու տվյալների գաղտնի եւ չթույլատրված հավաքմանը»,- փաստաթղթից քաղվածքներ է հրապարակել գործակալությունը:

Ըստ Reuters-ի տեղեկությունների՝ Կալիֆոռնիայի դաշնային դատարան ներկայացված բողոքի համաձայն կորպորացիան գաղտնի կերպով օգտատերերի մասին տեղեկությունները հավաքում է ծառայության միջոցով, որը նախատեսված է Google Analytics կայքի, Google Ad Manager գովազդի մենեջերի եւ այլ հավելվածների, ներառյալ սմարթֆոնների վրա տեղադրվածների այցելությունների վիճակագրության ստեղծման համար: Նշվում է, որ տվյալների հավաքումն իրականացվում է նույնիսկ բրաուզերում անանուն դիտման ռեժիմի ակտիվացման դեպքում:

Գործակալությունը նշում է, որ հայցերի հետեւում, ենթադրաբար, միլիոնավոր մարդիկ են, որոնք 2016 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից կայքերը դիտելիս օգտագործել են անանուն ռեժիմ: Նշված խախտումների համար Google-ին տուգանք է սպառնում ամեն օգտատիրոջ համար նվազագույնը 5 հազար դոլարի չափով:

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց հերթին հայտնում են սեփական դիրքորոշումը վճռականորեն պաշտպանելու մտադրության մասին: «Մենք հստակ նշում ենք, որ ամեն անգամ, երբ դուք ինկոգնիտո ռեժիմում նոր պատուհան եք բացում, վեբկայքերը կարող են ձեր ակտիվության մասին տեղեկությունների հավաքում իրականացնել»,- գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է ընկերության մամուլի քարտուղար Խոսե Կաստանեդին:

Google-ը ամերիկյան կորպորացիա է, որը ներդրումներ է կատարում համացանցային որոնումների եւ գովազդային տեխնոլոգիաների մեջ, ինչպես նաեւ զբաղվում է առցանց ծառայությունների եւ բարձրտեխնոլոգիական արտադրանքի մշակումներով: Լարի Փեյջի եւ Սերգեյ Բրինի կողմից հիմնադրված ընկերությունը գրանցվել է 1998 թվականի սեպտեմբերին որպես մասնավոր ձեռնարկություն, իսկ հիմա Alphabet հոլդինգի մասն է: Ընկերության կենտրոնակայանը Կալիֆոռնիա նահանգի Մաունթին Վյու քաղաքում է:
