Երբ ես գումար եմ հանում բանկոմատից, ամենաշատը վախենում եմ, որ բանկոմատը քարտս կարող է կուլ տալ, որ հերթի մեջ մարդիկ կսկսեն զայրանալ, և ես այդպես էլ չեմ ստանա իմ գումարը։

 

Եթե ձեր կյանքում եղել է այդպիսի տհաճություն, ապա խուճապի մի մատնվեք, ուղղակի օգտվեք այն ցուցումներից, որոնք տվել են բանկում աշխատող մասնագետները։

 

 

Որպեսզի ետ բերեք բանկի քարտը, որը «կուլ է տվել» բանկոմատը, պետք է սեղմած պահել «Չեղարկում» սեղմակը 3-5 րոպե։

 

Նույնիսկ եթե ձեր ձեռքը հոգնել է, և ձեզ թվում է, որ այդ միտքը պարզապես անհեթեթ է, միևնույն է, բաց մի թողեք սեղմակը ոչ մի դեպքում։

2. Կապվեք ձեր բանկի կամ կազմակերպության հետ։

 

Զանգեք թեժ գծով ձեր բանկ, որպեսզի հայտնեք նրանց այն ամենի մասին, ինչ կատարվել է, և արգելափակեք ձեր քարտը։ Եթե կարողացել եք իմանալ այն կազմակերպության համարը, որը զբաղվում է բանկոմատներով, ուրեմն՝ կապվեք նրանց հետ։ Հնարավոր է նրանք ուղարկեն մասնագետի, ով կհանի ձեր քարտն այնտեղից։

 

3. Փորձեք հասկանալ, թե ինչու է բանկոմատը կուլ տվել ձեր քարտը։

 

Լինում են դեպքեր, երբ բանկոմատն աշխատում է շատ դանդաղ ինչ-որ մանիպուլիացիայի պատճառով, որն արել են կեղծարարները։ Երբեմն լինում է այնպես, որ տեխնիկական առումով այն չի աշխատում, և քարտը հանում է այնպես, որ միայն դրա ծայրն է երևում։

 

Օրինակ՝ ԱՄՆ-ում ձեր քարտը դուրս է գալիս բանկոմատից ավելի շուտ, քան Եվրոպայում։ Կան որոշ երկրներ, որտեղ անգամ պին կոդը կարող է լինել ավելի երկար, քան 4 թիվը։
