Վտանգավոր հիվանդություններ, որոնք հաճախ զարգանում են առանց ակնհայտ ախտանշանների և հայտնաբերվում են անսպասելի

Շատ հիվանդություններ կարելի է հեշտությամբ հայտնաբերել զարգացման վաղ փուլերում, քանի որ դրանք դրսևորվում են բավական վառ ախտանշաններով, սակայն լինում են նաև այնպիսի խանգարումներ, որոնք զարգանում են գրեթե առանց ախտանշանի, իսկ եթե անգամ ունենում են որևէ ախտանշան, ապա դրանք շատ թույլ արտահայտված են լինում և հաճախ վերագրվում են այլ հիվանդություններին։ Ընդ որում՝ այդ խանգարումների թվում կան այնպիսինները, որոնք կարող են շատ վտանգավոր լինել և անգամ հանգեցնել մահվան ժամանակին միջոցներ չձեռնարկելու դեպքում։

Մասնագետները ներկայացրել են երեք վտանգավոր հիվանդություն, որոնք զարգանում են առանց ախտանշանների և հայտնաբերվում են շատ անսպասելի։

Ալերգիա

Ալերգիայի վտանգը հաճախ թերագնահատվում է, սակայն մասնագետները նախազգուշացնում են, որ անսպասելի ի հայտ եկած ալերգիան կարող է դառնալ շնչուղիների այտուցի պատճառ և հանգեցնել շնչահեղձության ու անգամ մահվան։ Այս դեպքում խոսքը հասարակ սեզոնային ալերգիայի մասին չէ, որը որպես կանոն պայմանավորված է լինում ծաղկափոշիով, այլ նոր մթերքի նկատմամբ օրգանիզմի ռեակցիայի, որը կարող է ի հայտ գալ կտրուկ։ Նման դեպքերում կարող է զարգանալ անաֆիլակտիկ շոկ, որը 10-20% դեպքերում մահվան ելք է ունենում։

Արյան քաղցկեղ

Անակնկալ կարող է հայտնաբերվել նաև քաղցկեղի ամենավտանգավոր տեսակներից մեկը՝ արյան քաղցկեղը։ Շատ հաճախ զարգացման ամենավաղ փուլերում այս հիվանդությունը մարդիկ շփոթում են մրսածության հետ, քանի որ երկու դեպքում էլ նկատվում են շատ նման ախտանշաններ։ Արյան քաղցկեղը կարող է ուղեկցվել թուլությամբ, մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացմամբ ու ավշային հանգույցների մեծացմամբ, ուստի զարմանալի չէ մարդիկ հաճախ վերագրում են այդ ախտանշանները մրսածությունը։ Սակայն այս հիվանդության դեպքում, ի տարբերություն մրսածության, կարող են նկատվել նաև անբացատրելի կապտուկներ, ուստի հարակավոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել նաև մաշկին։ Հարկ է հիշել, որ արյան քաղցկեղը շատ վտանգավոր խանգարում է, որից հաջողվում է բուժվել հիվանդների ընդամենը 30%-ին։ Սա է պատճառը, որ հարկավոր է շատ զգոն լինել ու ժամանակին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել։

Երակների վարիկոզ լայնացում

Այս հիվանդությունն առավել հաճախ հանդիպում է 40 տարեկանից բարձր անձանց մոտ, սակայն մարդիկ հազվադեպ են պատշաճ ուշադրություն դարձնում դրան։ Երակների վարիկոզ լայնացման դեպքում անոթների պատերը դեֆորմացվում են, լայնանում և չեն կարողանում ինչպես հարկ է կատարել իրենց գործառույթները։ Այս ամենի հետևանքով արյան հոսքը դանդաղում է, ինչն էլ կարող է դառնալ թրոմբների առաջացման պատճառ։ Մարդիկ կարող են երկար ժամանակ գաղափար անգամ չունենալ երակների վարիկոզ լայնացման ու թրոմբի առկայության մասին, ինչը կարող է շատ վտանգավոր լինել։ Բանն այն է, որ անոթի պատից պոկվելու դեպքում թրոմբը կարող է հայտնվել թոքային զարկերակում ու խցանել այն։ Նման խանգարումը շատ վտանգավոր է և կարող է ընդամենը 15 րոպեում հիվանդի մահվան պատճառ դառնալ։
