Գայանեն խոստովանում է, որ երկար ժամանակ չի անցկացնում հայելու դիմաց, չի սիրում ժամերով իրենով զմայլվել, առօրյայում չի շպարվում.«Քանի դեռ բնությունը թույլ է տալիս, նախընտրում եմ լինել առանց շպարի, բնական, բայց խնամված, եթե, իհարկե, չկան նկարահանումներ կամ երեկույթներ: Մաշկս խնամելիս կողմ եմ բնական միջոցներին. առավոտյան օգտագործում եմ մաղադանոսի հյութից սառցե կտորներ, որոնք օրվա ընթացքում մաշկս թարմ են պահում: Նաեւ պարբերաբար հաճախում եմ մասնագետի մոտ, լսում նրա խորհուրդները: Մաշկի խնամքը շատ կարեւոր եմ համարում եւ անհատական»:

Դերասանուհին ցավով է նշում, որ մայրն այս շրջանում Հայաստանում չի բնակվում, եւ ինքը շատ է կարոտում նրան, նաեւ նրա պատրաստած յուրաքանչյուր ուտեստ:

Նա վստահ է, որ ավելորդ քաշից շատ արագ կարելի է ազատվել, եթե լավ ես ճանաչում օրգանիզմդ.«Երբեք դիետաներ չեմ պահել, կերել եմ այն, ինչ սիրտս ուզել է, եւ հիմա էլ է այդպես: Առաջ մարզվում էի, իսկ հիմա շատ եմ քայլում»:

Երջանկության պահերին Գայանեն փորձում է մոռանալ վատ ու բացասական բաների մասին.«Ցավոք, հիասթափություններ միշտ լինելու են այս կյանքում, որպեսզի կարողանանք գնահատել լավը: Երջանիկ զգալու պահին աշխատում եմ չհիշել եւ չհիմնվել վատ փորձի վրա»,-ասում է նա, ապա նշում, թե ինչպիսին պետք է լինի իր կողակիցը.«Իմ տղամարդը պետք է լինի այնքան ուժեղ, որ ես չմտածեմ ուժեղ լինելու մասին»:

Այնքան էլ հաճախ չի մասնակցում լուսանկարահանումների.«Կարեւորում եմ լուսանկարների ոչ միայն գեղեցիկ լինելը, այլեւ ասելիք ունենալը: Այս ֆոտոշարքիս գաղափարն իմն է, որը շատ յուրօրինակ ու հետաքրքիր զգաց լուսանկարիչ Աննա Ալեքսանյանը: «Ես բնությունն եմ»՝ այդպես կանվանեի շարքը»:
