Այսօր վաղ առավոտից իշխանությունն անցել է «իրավական տեռորի»։ Մենք սա գնահատում ենք որպես պատասխան՝ ԲՀԿ նախագահի վերջին ելույթին, որում նա, առանց երկիմաստությունների, նշեց երկրի առջև ծառացած սուր խնդիրները, մոտալուտ լրջագույն ռիսկերը և դրանց լուծման միակ հնարավորությունը՝ նոր, արդյունավետ կառավարում, լրջագույն փոփոխություններ երկրի կառավարման համակարգում։
Տապալելով համաճարակի դեմ պայքարը, դառնալով մեծաթիվ վարակակիրների և մահերի պատասխանատուն, հասկանալով, որ սարերի հետևում չեն սոցիալական ծանր խնդիրները՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունները որդեգրել են ընդդիմախոսներին ամեն գնով լռեցնելու քաղաքականություն։ Սա ապարդյուն և դեպի նոր ռիսկեր տանող ճանապարհ է։ Իշխանությունը խուսափում է ճիշտ ընկալել իրականությունը, ընդունել իր ձախողումները և հանրային համերաշխության մթնոլորտում գտնել լուծումներ։
Վաղ առավոտից իշխանության սանձազերծած բռնություններն այլևս վերածվել են ամենաթողության: Այս ընթացքում բոլորիս աչքի առաջ բռնի ուժով բերման են ենթարկվել ԲՀԿ մի քանի տասնյակից ավելի ակտիվիստներ, այդ թվում՝ պատգամավորներ, որոնց հանդեպ ևս ոստիկանները կիրառել են անհամաչափ ուժ: Այս պահին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում ընթանում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հարցաքննությունը:
