«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրեր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից հայտարարեց, թե «ոմանց նկատմամբ էնքան ուժ պիտի կիրառեն, որ ծպտունները դուրս չգա ընդհանրապես»: Այստեղ «բանալի» բառը ոչ այնքան ուժ կիրառելն է, որքան «ծպտունները»: Ու նույնիսկ էական չէ՝ ինչ ասպեկտով է խոսքը: Մեսիջն ու ենթագիտակցականությունը շատ հստակ են: Այս մի նախադասությամբ Փաշինյանը խոստովանեց, որ պատրաստ է ցանկացած միջոցի դիմել իրեն ընդդիմացողների դեմ, իր դեմ խոսողների, «ծպտուն հանողների» դեմ, նրանց դեմ, ումից ինքը վախեր և անհանգստություններ ունի: 

Անցած երկու տարին ապացուցել է դա, հիմա այդ մասին պարզ խոսում է Փաշինյանը: 

Իսկ երբ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը սկսեցին պահանջել իր հրաժարականը, իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն էլ կոշտ քննադատության ենթարկեց, Փաշինյանը արագորեն փոխեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենին ու ոստիկանապետին, և արդեն իսկ պարզ էր, որ կիրառվելու են այս իշխանությունների համար հարազատ դարձած մեթոդները՝ քրեական գործերի հարուցում, ձերբակալություններ, բերման ենթարկելու դեպքեր՝ զուգորդված իշխանական պատգամավորների ու նախարարների կողմից ընդդիմադիրներին հերթով-շարքով-կարգով վարկաբեկման փորձերով: 

Այդպես էլ եղավ: Ու որքան էլ բարձրագոչ հայտարարություններ հնչեն, թե քրեական գործերի առումով կամ պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիության հարցով չի կարող լինել քաղաքական որոշում, փաստացի գրեթե առանց բացառության բոլոր ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը և փորձագիտական սեգմենտը (դե, իշխանություններին սպասարկող մեկ-երկուսից զատ) հստակ հայտարարում են, որ ինչպես անցած երկու տարիներին, հիմա էլ իշխանությունները իրավական գործիքակազմը, կոմպրոմատներն ու շանտաժը կիրառում են քաղաքական նպատակներով՝ «ծպտուն հանողներին» լռեցնելու նպատակով: 

Ի վերջո, պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել, որ Ծառուկյանի կոշտ հայտարարությունից հետո մեկ օրում «հանկարծ» ի հայտ են գալիս մի քանի քրեական գործեր, առերևույթ նախաքննական գաղտնիք պարունակող ինչ-որ թղթի կտոր է դրվում շրջանառության մեջ «քայլողների» կողմից, չնայած ստորագրություն ու կնիք չունեցող որևէ թղթի կտոր հազիվ թե որևէ արժեք ունենա: 

Ինչևէ, եթե այս ամենին գումարենք անցած երկու տարիների նույնակերպ այլ գործողություններն ու շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները այլ ընդդիմադիրների հետ կապված «կոմպրոմատների» հավաքման մասին, ստացվում է, որ այս իշխանությունների գերագույն նպատակը ընդդիմություն չունենալն է կամ «գրպանային» ընդդիմություն ունենալը: Իսկ դա չափազանց հեռու է ժողովրդավարության նույնիսկ ամենապարզունակ պատկերացումներից...
