ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը թող հրաժարական տա, այլ դատախազ ներկայացնի միջնորդությունը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 16-ին, ԱԺ-ում ասաց ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը՝ դիմելով Արթուր Դավթյանին։

«Իհարկե, հանցագործը պիտի պատժվի՝ ով ուզում է լինի եւ ինչ հանցագործություն ուզում է՝ արած լինի։ Եթե տրվել է ընտրակաշառք, ապա տվողները պիտի պատժվեն, վերցնողներն էլ պիտի պատժվեն։ Հիմա կարող է գնանք ընդմիջման ու հանկարծ փոխվարչապետերից մեկը նամակ ուղարկի ու միջնորդությունը հետ վերցնի դատախազը։ Դատախազը երկրորդ անգամ պնդեց, որ չի կարող քաղաքական որոշում կայացնել։ Եթե դադարեցնենք այս գործընթացը, թող Արթուր Դավթյանը հրաժարական տա,ուրիշ դատախազ գա՝ լսենք, զրկենք, դատենք բոլորին պատժենք»,- ասաց Ուրիխանյանը։

Դավթյանն էլ արձագանքեց ԲՀԿ պատգամավորի դիտարկմանը. «Ինչ կանեմ, էնքան բան կանեմ, բայց ինչ կանեմ՝ օրենքով կանեմ։ Ցավում եմ, որ դուք իմ պարզաբանումները կարդացել ու չեք հասկացել»։

«Ասում եք՝ փոխվարչապետը գրել է ու ես դադարեցրել եմ միջնորդությունս. հիմա օրենքո՞վ եք դադարեցրել, քաղաքակա՞ն որոշում եք կայացրել. հիմա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանցագո՞րծ էր, թե՞ ոչ»,- արձագանքեց Ուրիխանյանը։

Դավթյանն էլ ասաց, որ Ուրիխանյանի հետ կխոսի նույն կերպ. «Ձեր կանխատեսումների համաձայն՝ ցանկացած պահի ձեր հետ կխոսեմ նույն կերպ»։
