«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Արդեն որերորդ անգամ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, խոսելով քաղաքացիների կողմից դիմակ չկրելու, հակահամաճարակային պայքարում հպարտ քաղաքացիների «անպատասխանատվության» մասին, հարցնում է. 

«Ի՞նչն ենք սխալ անում»: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ այս արտաքուստ հռետորական հարցին ինչպե՞ս են պատասխանում նույն քաղաքացիները: Առավելապես այսպես՝ «ամեն ինչ»: 

Ընդ որում, շատ հաճախ մարդիկ նաև բազմաթիվ կետերով տալիս են այդ «ամեն ինչ»-ի բացվածքը՝ ի սկզբանե իշխանությունների կողմից կորոնավիրուսին անլուրջ վերաբերվելուց, քափուքրտինք մտած ՍԴ յոթ դատավոր փոխելու հարցով քարոզարշավ անելուց, կարանտինային շրջանում խիստ հսկողություն չսահմանելուց մինչև հակաճգնաժամային կառավարման անկարողություն ու օրումեջ կարծիքներ փոխելու գործելաոճ: 

Ընդ որում, վերջինիս ևս մեկ ցայտուն օրինակ էր առողջապահության նախարարի հայտարարությունը, թե «կոչ եմ անում կտորի դիմակներ չկրել», այն դեպքում, երբ ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ առաջ ասում էին, թե կարող եք տանը պատրաստված դիմակներ կրել, թեկուզ... շարֆեր: 

Եվ ամենակարևորը, հանրության արձագանքների ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ հասարակության մեջ իշխանության և մասնավորաբար Փաշինյանի խոսքն այլևս նախկին կշիռը չունի: Երևի թե ժամանակն է, որպեսզի մարդկանց նման կոչերով դիմի ոչ թե Փաշինյանը, այլ հասարակության կողմից վստահություն վայելող մասնագետներ, մտավորականներ, որպեսզի իրապես բոլորով պահպանենք անհրաժեշտ կանոնները՝ ոչ թե իշխանությունների համար, այլ մեզ համար, մեր ընտանիքների համար, մեր ծնողների համար: 

Հակառակ դեպքում իսկապես գնալով ծանր վիճակում ենք հայտնվում: Մասնավորաբար, երեկվա դրությամբ 1 մլն բնակչության հաշվով վարակվածների թվով աշխարհի 251 երկրների շարքում 14-րդ տեղում էինք...
