Հայտնի իրողություն է, որ քաղաքական պայքարն ու ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կողմից իշխանություններին անվստահություն հայտնելու միակ ճանապարհը փողոցային պայքարը չէ, թեպետ որոշակի ժամանակի մեջ օրինականության սահմաններում դա էլ չի բացառվում: Կան նաև այլ՝ պայքարի ավելի քաղաքակիրթ ձևեր, այդ թվում՝ իրավական հարթության մեջ:

Իշխանության դեմ պայքարի ճանապարհին ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից այս առումով կարող է ձևավորվել նոր մշակույթ:

Սա կարևորվում է նաև այլ տեսակետից. տարիներ շարունակ հասարակության մեջ հիմնավոր ասկածներ են եղել , որ իրավապահ համակարգը հաճախ պարզապես գործիքի դեր է կատարում իշխանությունների ձեռքում: Այս կասկածները չեն փարատվել նաև 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո, գուցե նաև՝ ընդհակառակը:

Ինչևէ, այս օրերին քաղաքագետներից շատերն արձանագրում են, որ ներքաղաքական դաշտում քաղաքակիրթ պայքարի մեկնարկը տրված է, ինչն ունի իր կանոններն ու հնարավոր է՝ լինի ոչ պակաս արդյունավետ:
