Վերջին 3 տարիների նույն ժամանակահատվածների համեմատությամբ 2020 թվականի մայիսին անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված գործարքների ամենացածր ցուցանիշն է գրանցվել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք վիճակագրական կոմիտեի և կադաստրի կոմիտեի հրապարակած տվյալներից: 2020 թվականի մայիսին ամբողջ հանրապետությունում անշարժ գույքի 11,507 գործարք է իրականացվել՝ 4449-ով պակաս, քան նախորդ տարվա նշված ժամանակահատվածում:

2020թ. մայիսին 2019 թ. մայիսի համեմատությամբ ընդհանուր գործարքները պակասել են 27,9 տոկոսով: Միայն մայրաքաղաք Երևանում գործարքների թիվը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 31,5 տոկոսով: Միևնույն ժամանակ նկատենք, որ, կարծես, չի շարունակվել այն տեմպը, որն արձանագրվել էր 2020թ. ապրիլին՝ հաշվի առնելով համաճարակի պատճառով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, խիստ սահմանափակումները: 

Նշենք, որ այս տարվա ապրիլին նախորդ տարվա ապրիլի համեմատ անշարժ գույքի ընդհանուր գործարքների քանակը 82,2 տոկոսով էր նվազել: Իհարկե, դեռ հարց է, թե մայիսի ցուցանիշները որքանով կարող են շուկայում որոշակի շարժի նշան լինել, բայց նկատենք, որ 2020 թ. մայիսին 2020 թ. ապրիլի համեմատ գործարքների թիվը 4 անգամ ավելացել է:

Ինչ վերաբերում է 2020 թ. մայիսին հանրապետությունում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված գործարքների տոկոսային բաշխվածությանն ըստ տեսակների, նկատենք, որ այս առումով կրկին ամենամեծ մասը՝ 33,2 տոկոսը, բաժին է հասել օտարման գործարքներին: Այդուհանդերձ, 2020 թ. մայիսին 2019 թ.-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ օտարման գործարքները նվազել են 33,1 տոկոսով: Ինչ վերաբերում է այլ տեսակներին, ապա, օրինակ` առքուվաճառքի գործարքները նախորդ տարվա մայիսի համեմատ նվազել են 28, 7 տոկոսով: 

զել են 34,7, հողերինը՝ 21,5 տոկոսով: Միայն ավտոտնակների գործարքներն են, որ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել են 53,7 տոկոսով: 

Նշենք նաև, որ 2020 թվականի մայիսին 2019 թ. մայիսի համեմատ բնակարանների առքուվաճառքի գործարքները նվազել են 56,6 տոկոսով, անհատական բնակելի տներինը՝ 32,1, հասարակական նշանակության շինություններինը՝ 32,9, ավտոտնակներինը՝ 26, հողերինը՝ 5,8 տոկոսով:

Ինչ վերաբերում է օտարման գործարքներին, ապա ամենաշատը օտարվել է հող, բնակարան, իսկ երրորդ տեղում այս առումով բնակելի տներն են: Միևնույն ժամանակ նշենք, որ 2020 թ.-ի մայիսին օտարման ամենամեծ մասը՝ 76, 7 տոկոսը, առքուվաճառքի գործարքներին է բաժին հասել: 

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2020 թվականի մայիսին ՀՀ-ում գրանցվել է անշարժ գույքի առքուվաճառքի 2925 գործարք: Սա ևս վերջին երեք տարիների ամենացածր ցուցանիշն է: Նախորդ տարվա մայիսին այդ գործարքների թիվը եղել է 4100, 2018 թ.-ին՝ 3677, 2017 թ.ին՝ 3250:

Բազմաբնակարանային բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների գործարքները նվազել են թե՛ Երևանում, թե՛ մարզերում: Թեպետ գործարքները նվազել են, այնուամենայնիվ, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ գնանկում չի արձանագրվել:

Երևանում 2020 թ. մայիսին իրականացվել է բազմաբնակարանային բնակելի շենքերի բնակարանների առքուվաճառքի 344 գործարք: Այս ցուցանիշը 2020 թ. տարվա ապրիլի համեմատ ավելացել է 84 տոկոսով, սակայն 2019թ. մայիսի համեմատ նվազել է 61,2 տոկոսով: 

Ինչ վերաբերում է գնային փոփոխություններին, ապա 2020թ. մայիսին Երևանում բազմաբնակարանային շենքերի բնակարանների շուկայական գները 1 քառակուսի մետրի հաշվարկով 2020 թ. ապրիլի համեմատ նվազել են 1 տոկոսով, իսկ 2019թ. մայիսի համեմատ աճել են 11,9 տոկոսով:

Մարզերում 2020թ. մայիսին բազմաբնակարանային բնակելի շենքերի 234 բնակարան է վաճառվել: 2019թ. մայիսի համեմատ այս ցուցանիշը 47,3 տոկոսով է նվազել: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ մարզերում բնակարանների գները ևս որոշակի աճ են գրանցել:
