Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Ազգային տոնի առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Ֆրանսիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Ազգային տոնի առթիվ` մաղթելով Ձեր երկրին շարունակական առաջընթաց:

Ուրախությամբ եմ փաստում, որ մեր ժողովուրդների բազմադարյա կապերի ու բարեկամության հենքի վրա կառուցված հայ-ֆրանսիական առանձնահատուկ հարաբերությունները շարունակում են զարգանալ բարեկամության և փոխըմբռնման ոգով:

Մեզ հաջողվել է հաստատել արդյունավետ համագործակցություն փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում: Հայաստանը մեծապես շահագրգռված է ընդլայնելու և խորացնելու Ֆրանսիայի հետ փոխշահավետ գործակցությունը նոր նախաձեռնություններով և ծրագրերով՝ ի շահ մեր երկրների ու ժողովուրդների:

Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով երկկողմ օրակարգը կհամալրենք փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող և ապագային միտված ծրագրերով: Ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կենսագործումը նոր ազդակ կհաղորդի տարբեր ոլորտներում հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը:

Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Կովկասում տևական խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված՝ Ֆրանսիայի հետևողական ջանքերը:

Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ,

Առանձնահատուկ գնահատականի են արժանի մարդկային կյանքերի փրկությանը և համավարակի հետևանքները մեղմելուն ուղղված՝ Ֆրանսիայի ջանքերը: Հատկապես այսօր՝ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված այս բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում, առավել պարզորոշ է զգացվում մեր բարեկամ երկրի հետ սերտ փոխգործակցության կարևորությունը։

Իմ խորին երախտագիտությունն եմ հայտնում Ձեզ, Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությանն ու բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ Եվրամիության ֆինանսական օժանդակության մեջ ունեցած ներդրման, ինչպես նաև հայ գործընկերներին օգնելու նպատակով ֆրանսիական բժշկական առաքելության խմբեր Հայաստան ուղարկելու համար:
