Անցած այս օրերին միջազգային համայնքի առջև մենք ցուցաբերեցինք պատասխանատու և վստահ պահվածք: Մենք հավատարիմ մնացինք կրակի դադարեցման երեք պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնք հաջորդաբար խախտվում էին Ադրբեջանի կողմից, ամեն անգամ նրա զինված ուժերին պատճառելով նոր կորուստներ: Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Մենք հանդես չեկանք Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդին և նրա քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներին ուղղված սպառնալիքներով անգամ այն պայմաններում, երբ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը սպառնում էր հրթիռակոծել Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը: Այս սպառնալիքն ի դեպ, պետք է դառնա լրջագույն միջազգային քննության առարկա, որովհետև ի ցույց է դնում ահաբեկչական պետություն լինելու Ադրբեջանի էությունը»,-ասաց կառավարության ղեկավարը:

«Հուլիսի 12-ից հետո միջազգային հանրությունը հանդես եկավ հրադադրի խախտումները դատապարտելու և բռնությունը դադարեցնելու բազմաթիվ կոչերով: Հրադադարի վերականգնման գործում մեծ ներդրում ունեն ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները և նրանց երկրները: Այս տեսակետից հատկապես արդյունավետ էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ներգրավումը, որն արտահայտվեց ինչպես արտաքին գործերի նախարարության, այնպես էլ Զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբների մակարդակով:

Միակ երկիրը, ով փորձում էր ոչ թե հանդարտեցնել իրավիճակը, այլ առավել մեծ բռնություններ հրահրել՝ Թուրքիան էր: Հաշվի առնելով այդ երկրի ապակայունացնող և ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունն իրեն սահմանակցող մի շարք տարածաշրջաններում և ավանդական հակահայկական քաղաքականությունը, որն արտահայտվում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության արդարացմամբ, Թուրքիայի այս գործելակերպը մեծ հաշվով անակնկալ չէր: Բայց նրա ագրեսիվության աճը առաջ է բերում մեր քաղաքականության որոշակի վերանայման անհրաժեշտություն, այդ թվում՝ Թուրքիայի ագրեսիվությունը զսպելու միջազգային ֆորմատներում մեր մասնակցության ծավալների իմաստով»,-հավելեց նա:
