Փոխվարչապետ, արտակարգ դրության պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հուլիսի 27-ին որոշում է ստորագրել, որով փոփոխություններ ու լրացումներ են կատարվել պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի մարտի 18-ի` «Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն մուտք գործելիս և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչական սահմաններում կիրառվող սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ» N 5 որոշման մեջ։

Նոր որոշմամբ ինքնամեկուսացումից կարող են ազատվել հետևյալ անձինք.

  1. պետական, պաշտոնական և աշխատանքային այցերով օտարերկրյա պատվիրակությունների կազմում ժամանողները,
  2. դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների, հյուպատոսական հիմնարկների ներկայացուցիչների և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները, ինչպես
    նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները և նրանց ընտանիքի անդամները,
  3. առողջապահական, ռազմական ու անվտանգության, տնտեսական արտադրական անհետաձգելի կարիքների առկայության հիմքով հրավիրված անձինք,
  4. պետության կողմից իրականացվող ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի շրջանակներում աշխատանքներ կատարելու կամ ծառայություններ
    մատուցելու նպատակով ժամանողները,
  5. այլ բացառիկ հիմքերով պարետի թույլտվության հիման վրա:

Վերոնշյալ դեպքերում արտերկրից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանող անձինք իրավունք ունեն ժամանելուց հետո 24 ժամվա ընթացքում վճարովի հիմունքներով անցնել կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) ախտորոշման նպատակով պոլիմերազային շղթայական ռեակցիայի (ՊՇՌ) մեթոդով լաբորատոր հետազոտություն:

Վերոնշյալ անձանց տվյալները ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգ են մուտքագրվում հատուկ նշումով: Լաբորատորիաների կողմից նրանց լաբորատոր հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքի մասին տեղեկատվությունը ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգ մուտքագրվելուց հետո տվյալ անձինք ենթակա են ինքնամեկուսացումից անհապաղ ազատման:

Մինչև լաբորատորիայի կողմից ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգ բացասական պատասխանի մուտքագրումն անձը ստանում է ինքնամեկուսացման ցուցում:
