Ոչ իշխանական եռյակի քաղաքական պայքարը խորհրդավոր լռության փուլ է մտել: ԲՀԿ-ից մեկնաբանում են, թե զբաղված են արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական ուժերի ու ՀԿ-ների հետ բանակցություններով: Միակ հայտնի իրադարձությունը դեկտեմբերի 10-ին կայանալիք ՀԱԿ-ի ամենամյա երթն է՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության օրվա առթիվ, որը միացյալ եռյակի օրակարգից բխող միջոցառում չէ: Եվ մինչ նրանք կպատրաստվեն այս երթին, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանն առաջ ընկավ՝ նոյեմբերի 21-ին ասուլիս հրավիրելով և հայտարարելով, որ պատրաստվում է դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Ազատության հրապարակում, 6-ին Վանաձորում և Գյումրիում սեպարատ հավաքներ անել: Գրում է «Հրապարակ»-ը:
