Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում հանրության շրջանում բազմաթիվ հարցեր են կուտակվել, որոնք պարզաբանումների կարիք են զգում։ Այդ հարցերը շատ բազմազան են և վերաբերում են քաղաքականությանը, տնտեսությանը, արտաքին քաղաքականությանը համավարակին, Ապրիլյան պատերազմին և այլն։ Քաղաքացիներին հետաքրքրում է, թե այս կամ այն իրադարձություն ինչո՞ւ այդպես տեղի ունեցավ, ի՞նչն էր դրա պատճառը և այլն։

Խնդիրն այն է, որ երկու տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունից հետո որոշակի խզվածք է առաջացել անցյալի և ներկայի միջև, իսկ առանց անցյալը վերլուծելու անհնար է հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում ներկայում և ինչպես կարելի է գտնել Հայաստանի զարգացման ճանապարհը։ Եվ ըստ այդմ պատահական չէ, որ տեղի ունեցած իրողությունների շուրջ մարդկանց շրջանում առկա պատկերացումները ողջ ամբողջական են կամ առասպելների ու ասեկոսեների մակարդակի են։

Եվ հանրության մոտ հստակ ակնկալիքներ կան հարցերի պատասխանները ստանալու խնդրի շուրջ։ Իսկ այստեղ խնդիրը նրանում է, թե ո՞վ կարող է նման պարզաբանումներ տալ հանրությանը։

Այս տեսանկյունից արժի հիշեցնել, որ իշխանափոխությունից հետո ոչ մեկ անգամ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը խոստացել էր, որ հանրության հետ անկեղծ զրույց է ունենալու և նրանց հուզող բոլոր հարցերին սպառիչ պարզաբանումներ է տալու։ Բայց որպես պայման նախագահը ընդգծում էր, որ դրա համար կա պատեհ ժամանակ, երբ որ այդ ժամանակը գա, ինքն ասուլիսի ձևաչափով կպատասխանի բոլոր հարցերին։

Թերևս պատճառը նրանում է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը գնահատում էր այն հանգամանքը, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում հանրությունը տեղի ունեցող իրողությունների շուրջ ավելի սթափ կդատի, իսկ կանխակալ և էմոցիոնալ դրսևորումները կնահանջեն։

Եվ ահա վերջերս Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց, թե արտակարգ դրության ավարտից հետո մամուլի ասուլիս կհրավիրի և կպատասխանի Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին վերաբերող բոլոր հարցերին։ Ու թվում էր, թե այդ ասուլիսը շուտով ուր որ է՝ տեղի է ունենալու, բայց պարզվում է, որ համավարակային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված արտակարգ դրությունը ևս մեկ անգամ երկարաձգվելու է։

Դրա համար էլ երրորդ նախագահը որոշել է ժամանակ չկորցնել և արդեն իսկ կարճ տեսանյութերի միջոցով անկեղծ զրույց ունենալ հանրության հետ և պատասխանել մարդանց ամենից շատ հուզող հարցերին։ Պարզ է, որ տեսանյութերը չեն փոխարինի մամուլի ասուլիսին, բայց հանրությանը նախապատրաստելու են դրան։ Նախագահ Սարգսյանի կողմից երկարատև լռությունը խախտելը ըստ երևույթին շատ հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ է խոստանում։ Այնպես որ մարդիկ հանրավորություն կունենան ավելի խորքային հասկանալու իրականությունը։
