Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ 80-ականների զենքերի վերաբերյալ աղմկահարույց հայտարարության մասին

Այդ հայտարարությունը հնչել է քառօրյայից անմիջապես հետո՝ Գերմանիայում, իսկ քաջատեղյակ մարդիկ գիտեն, որ 2016 թվականին Գերմանիան  նախագահում էր ԵԱՀԿ-ում։ Ի պատասխան Analitik.am-ի լրագրող Օֆելի Իսրայելյանի՝ շահարկման թեմա դարձավ Ձեր այն հայտարարությունը, կարծեմ Գերմանիայում, 80-ական թվականների զենքերի հետ կապված: Ի՞նչ նպատակ էր դա հետապնդում: Ինչո՞ւ չկրակեցին Իսկանդերը և Սկադը հարցին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 19-ին, կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

«Իրոք այդ հայտարարությունը շատ մեծ շահարկումների առիթ տվեց, առաջին հերթին այն մարդկանց կողմից, ովքեր լավ չեն պատկերացնում, թե ինչ է նշանակում 80-ականների զենք։

Եթե իմ ասածը թարգմանենք դիվանագիտական լեզվով, հետևյալն էր՝ հարգելի ԵԱՀԿ անդամներ՝ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ դուք աչք եք փակում Ադրբեջանի կողմից մինչև ատամները զինվելու հանգամանքի վրա, մեր մարտիկները կարողանում են պաշտանել իրենց հայրենիքը․ դա շատ պարզ բան էր։

Բայց ուզում եմ ավելացնել՝ կապված 80-ականների զենք հասկացողության հետ։ Դուք ունեք բոլոր հնարավորությունները պարզելու՝ կա՞ այսօր աշխարհում մի բանակ, որը չունի 80 -ականների զենք։ Եթե կգտնենք այդպիսի բանակ, ապա ես կհայտարարեմ, որ ես այդ գործից ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չեմ հասկանում։

Նույնիսկ այսօր ոչ միայն մեր զինված ուժերի զինանոցում են 80-ականների զենքերն, այլ նաև ամենահարուստ և ամենամեծ ապահովություն ունեցող զինված ուժերը։ Փաստենք, որ այսօր էլ հայկական բանակի գրեթե ողջ զրահատեխնիկան, գրեթե ողջ հրաձգային զենքերը 80-ականների են: Մեր բանակի ու նաև շատ բանակների սպառազինությունների մեջ այսօր էլ առկա են նույնիսկ 40-50-ականների զենքեր։ Սա է ողջ ճշմարտությունը։
