«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերջերս «Վարորդի ընկեր» ԻՀԿ նախագահ Տիգրան Քեյանը մտահոգություն էր հայտնել, որ ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների ուսուցումը չի ընդգրկվում դպրոցական ծրագրերում: Մինչդեռ շատ կարևոր է, որ երեխաները փոքր տարիքից տեղյակ լինեն երթևեկության կանոններին: Քեյանը նշում է՝ առաջին տարին չէ, որ դիմում են կրթության նախարարությանը, սակայն մինչ այժմ էլ չգիտեն, թե ինչու է իրենց այս առաջարկը մերժվում: Ամեն դեպքում, ինչպես նա է նշում, մերժման գրավոր մեկնաբանություն չունեն: «Գիտեմ, որ ռեսուրս չունեն ու այնքան են այլ առարկաներով ծանրաբեռնված դպրոցական դասաժամերը, որ չեն կարողանում ինչ-որ ժամ հատկացնել երթևեկության կանոնների դասավանդմանը:

Եթե չեմ սխալվում, ներքին կարգով որոշ դպրոցներում ասել էին, որ դասղեկական ժամերին փորձեն երեխաներին այդ առարկան ուսուցանել: Իհարկե, ոչ բոլոր դասղեկներն այս ոլորտում համապատասխան գիտելիքներ ունեն և կարող են միայն իրենց կյանքի փորձով կիսվել, բացատրել»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է «Վարորդի ընկեր» ԻՀԿ նախագահը: Նշում է՝ «Վարորդի ընկերն» ամեն տարի դպրոցներում մեկ ամիս իրականացնում է իրազեկող դասընթացներ, հանդիպումներ, բայց դա շատ քիչ է: «Մենք պատրաստ ենք աջակցել ուսուցման ծրագրի կազմմանը, օգնել դասերի թեմաների ընտրության հարցում: Երբ առցանց դասեր էին կազմակերպվում, ինքս Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությամբ երթևեկության կանոնների հետ կապված որոշ դասեր եմ ներկայացրել:

Այդ ռեսուրսը ունի նաև ոստիկանությունը: Այժմ ոստիկանական համակարգում փոփոխություններ են լինելու, ընդունելություն է կազմակերպվելու, պետք է կիրթ, գրագետ մարդկանց ընդգրկեն և կարող են այնպես անել, որ պարեկային ծառայությունում ներգրավված մարդիկ դպրոցներում դասաժամեր ունենան, որովհետև այլ հարց է, երբ համազգեստով մեկն է երեխաներին դասավանդում, մեկ այլ հարց է, երբ իրենց դասղեկը»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

Ըստ Քեյանի, այդ դասաժամերը պետք է շատ ինտերակտիվ անցկացվեն: «Երեխաների հետ պետք է խոսեն: Մի դասաժամը կարող է լինել, օրինակ՝ 30 րոպե, որպեսզի երեխաները չծանրաբեռնվեն: Այդ առարկան դասավանդում էին դեռ Խորհրդային Միության տարիներին, և շատ աշակերտներ վարորդական վկայական ստանում էին դպրոցը ավարտելու պահին: Վկայականը նրանք կարողանում էին օգտագործել 18 տարեկանը լրանալուց հետո: Երբ զորակոչվում էին բանակ, որպես վարորդ կարող էին ծառայել զորամասերում:

Երբ ես շփվում եմ տարիքով ավելի մեծ վարորդների հետ, պարզ երևում է, որ իրենք երթևեկությունից ավելի քաջատեղյակ են, քան շատ վարորդներ, որոնք, անգիր անելով հարցերի պատասխանները, հինգեր են ստանում քննության ժամանակ, բայց նրանք հիմնականում այնքան էլ լավ չեն պատկերացնում երթևեկության կանոնները»,-եզրափակում է Տիգրան Քեյանը:
