«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անունից կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը դիմում էր ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին և ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն՝ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը տապալելու, մարդու կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգ ներկայացնող տեղեկատվությունը թաքցնելու և աղավաղելու, ինչպես նաև պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու փաստերով քրեական գործ հարուցելու պահանջով։

ՀՔԾ-ն ու դատախազությունը մերժել էին քրեական գործի հարուցումը, սակայն, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, օգոստոսի 31-ին Ղազինյանի հայցն առաջին ատյանի դատարանի կողմից ընդունվելու է վարույթ: Դատարանն էլ հենց իրավասու է տալ իրավական որակում: «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, պարետատան նիստում Արսեն Թորոսյանի հետ կապված վեճի հիմնական պատճառը եղել է հենց Ղազինյանի կողմից հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ներկայացնելը:

Հասկանալով, որ դատարանի կողմից քրեական գործի հարուցումը անխուսափելի է՝ հաղորդման մեջ տեղ գտած փաստերի ուժով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Թորոսյանին հասկացրել է, որ ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը մնալու է իր վրա, սակայն վերջինս նշել է, թե չի պատրաստվում քավության նոխազ դառնալ, քանի որ որոշումները միանձնյա չի ընդունել, ինչի մասին առկա են համապատասխան գրագրություններ, այդ թվում՝ անձնական: Այս թեմայի շուրջ էլ, ինչպես ասում են, կրքերը շիկացել են, ինչի մասին արդեն տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվել լրատվամիջոցներում:
