Անկեղծ ասած վերջին շրջանում ինձ զարմացնում է այն կատարյալ ներդաշնակությունը, որ գոյություն ունի Հայաստանի իշխանության և ընդդիմության միջև՝ կապված ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության հետ: Ներդաշնակությունը՝ ներդաշնակություն, սակայն առ այսօր չի խոսվում այն մասին, թե մեր գլխավոր դաշնակից երկրում ինչպիսի կտտանքների և տարատեսակ ճնշումների են ենթարկվում հայերը՝ առիթ, անառիթ...
Ասես բոլորը մոռացել են, որ քաղաքական և տնտեսական գործոններից զատ կա մեկ այլ, շատ կարևոր մարդկային գործոնը, երբ Ռուսաստանում գտնվելն իսկ մեր շատ հայրենակիցների համար իսկական փորձություն է և դժոխք...
Գոնե ընդդիմությունը պետք է մեսիջներ հղեր Ռուսաստանի իշխանություններին, որ Մոսկվայի փողոցներից անդուր և վտանգավոր վայր հայերի համար գոյություն չունի, և նման հսկայածավալ քաղաքական համակարգ կառուցելուց առաջ, թերևս, արժեր կատարել ներքին, ներպետական կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ:
Ինչու հենց ընդդիմությունը, որովհետև մեր իշխանությունների բութ անտարբերությունը արտերկրում բնակվող հայերի ճակատագրերի նկատմամբ համաշխարհային հռչակ ունի: Հիշենք թեկուզ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի մասնակցությամբ պոդոլսկյան ողբերգության դեպքը, երբ դժբախտ պատահարի պատճառով հայատյացության մեծ ալիք բարձրացավ Ռուսաստանում, անգամ հեռուստաեթերը լցվեց հակահայկական աղբով: Դա, անշուշտ, կուտակված հայատյացության դրսևորում էր, իսկ այդ ժամանակ բյուջեի հաշվին հետույքները էկզոտիկ երկրներում թրջող չինովնիկները այդպես էլ չկապնվեցին Ռուսաստանի իրենց ալկոգոլիկ գործընկերների հետ, որպեսզի պահաջեն վերջ տալ հայատյացության տարածմանը Ռուսաստանում: Մեր հայրենակիցները վախենում էին տանից դուրս գալ և գնալ աշխատանքի. լրատվամիջոցներով սկսած, անբարոյական պառավներով վերջացրած սկսել էին Ռուսաստանում հալածել հայությանը, իսկ նրանց իրավունքները պաշտպանելու համար ռոճիկ ստացող դիվան քշողները ծպտուն անգամ չհանեցին' ինչպես միշտ ապացուցելով ամորֆ, չբեր հիմնարկի իրենց ստատուսը:
Այդ օրերին ես Մոսկվայում էի և սուպերմարկետում գնումներ կատարելիս ռուս պառավները փնթփնթում էին և անեծքներ շաղ տալիս: Անկեղծ ասած չհասկացա, թե ինչ է կատարվում, մտածեցի, որ այդ դժգոհությունները այլ անձի են ուղղված: Այնուհետև արդեն բաց տեքստով գոռգոռում էին` եկել եք մեր երկիր, մեր հացը ուտում եք, մեր օդը շնչում եք...
Այդպիսի իդիոտական բառակույտեր երբեք չէի լսել: Իսկ ինձ միշտ թվում էր, թե թամբալ և ալկաշ ռուս հանրությունը մոմ է վառում, որ հայերը այնտեղ են ապրում: Մի պահ պատկերացրեք, որ հայերը լքեն Ռուսաստանը` բոլոր շինհրապարակները անապատի կվերածվեն, իսկապես առանց նրանց գործը գլուխ չի գա, բոլոր երթուղիները կվերածվեն դատարկ տարածության, որովհետև երթուղայինների վարորդների 80 տոկոսը հայեր են, և, վերջապես, կանանցից շատերը կմնան առանց նորմալ սեքսի: ՈՒղղակի անհնար է նկարագրել այն հսկայական դերակատարությունը, որ հայերը ունեն Ռուսաստանի կյանքում...
Եվ ցավալին այն է, որ այս իրավիճակը շարունակվում է նաև այսօր, առանց որևէ պատճառի: Հանգամանքների բերումով ստիպված եմ հաճախ լինել Մոսկվայում և աննկարագրելի է այն տհաճության զգացողությունը, որ ամեն անգամ ունենում եմ այդ երկիր մեկնելիս: Պատճառը անհյուրընկալ, սառը, անկուլտուրական պահվածքն է, որ հայերի նկատմամբ ցուցաբերում են՝ օդանավակայանից սկսած:
Իսկ այս մասին լռում են բոլորը: ԵՏՄ անդամակցության շուրջ ներդաշնակ համաձայնությունը եթե ինչ որ տեղ հասկանալի է, ապա անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու միասնական տնտեսական կենսաձև որդեգրելուց առաջ Երևանից ռուսներին հարց չի տրվում՝ բրատ, եթե մենք ձեզ այսքան պետք ենք, ինչու՞ եք դուք մեր նկատմամբ այդքան ցինիկ և անտակտ...
Ի վերջո, մեկ, միասնական տնտեսական և աշխատանքային տարածքում ապրելուց առաջ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել մեկ, միասնական լոյալ վերաբերմունք միմյանց նկատմամբ...
