Այսօր Արցախի անկախության 29-րդ տարեդարձն էր: Շնորհավորանքների պակաս չկար, գնահատանքի, անցած տարիների արժևորման պակաս նույնպես: Սակայն օրվա մեջ ինչ-որ բան ցավեցնում էր: Արցախը միշտ եղել է միասնականության, հաղթանակների, հզորության խորհրդանիշ, անցյալի ու ներկայի միավորման, շարունակականության խորհրդանիշ: Այսօր էլ վստահաբար այդպես է, սակայն, ըստ երևույթին, ցավոք, ոչ բոլորի համար: Արցախում այսօր կայացած միջոցառումների ներկայացուցչականությունը տխուր տպավորություն էր թողնում: Հասկանալի է, որ կորոնավիրուսային համավարակի այս պայմաններում տոնակատարությունները այնպիսին չէին լինելու, ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին: Սակայն հատկապես աչք էր զարնում այն հանգամանքը, որ չէին մասնակցում ո՛չ Արցախի երեք նախագահները (Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան, Արկադի Ղուկասյանը, Բակո Սահակյան), ո՛չ Հայաստանի վարչապետը, ո՛չ Հայաստանի նախագահը: Այնտեղ չէին հայաստանյան ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները: Ծանր տպավորություն էր, անշուշտ: Ու խնդիրն ամենևին այն չէ՝ հրավեր չէր եղել, թե պարզապես չէին մասնակցել: Անցած երկու տարիներին հայաստանյան իշխանությունների, հիմա արդեն նաև Արցախի նոր իշխանությունների կողմից ամեն ինչ արվում է՝ «քայլողների դինաստիայից» այն կողմ ամեն ինչ մերժելու, ամեն ինչ սևացնելու համար, անցյալը ամբողջովին ջնջելու համար, Արցախի հերոսականության մեջ ուրույն դերակատարում ունեցած զինվորական ու քաղաքական գործիչներին վարկաբեկելու համար: Մի խոսքով, ըստ տարվող քաղաքականության, հայ ժողովրդի պատմությունը (գոնե հետխորհրդային շրջանի տեսանկյունից) սկսվում է 2018 թվականի մայիսից: Այնինչ, երբեք, ո՛չ Հայաստանի, ո՛չ Արցախի նախորդ ղեկավարների օրոք Արցախի հարցում ոչ մի պարագայում նշանակություն չի ունեցել քաղաքական պատկանելությունը: Այսօր, որքան էլ ցավալի է, հայաստանյան իշխանությունների վտանգավոր քաղաքականությունն սկսել է ծիլեր տալ Արցախում, դրա համար որոշակի շրջանակներ պարարտ հող են ստեղծում: Սա պարզապես դեպի ոչ մի տեղ տանող ճանապարհ է, չափազանց վտանգավոր ճանապարհ, քանզի կշեռքի նժարին շատ ավելի կարևոր, շատ ավելի կենսական խնդիրներ են դրված, քան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, կամ Արցախում լուռումունջ նրա կամքը կատարող Արայիկ Հարությունյանի, կամ ցանկացած մեկ ուրիշի անձնական ամբիցիաները և պատմության մեջ մնալու մեծ ցանկությունը: Պատմության մեջ, այսպես թե այնպես բոլորն էլ մնացել են, նույնիսկ Հերոստրատը...
