Ներկայումս ՍԴ-ում բավականին հախուռն իրավիճակ է, քանի որ դեռևս վերջնական հստակեցված չէ, թե ՍԴ դատավորներից ովքեր են վերջնականապես լքում իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոնը, կամ լքում են, թե ոչ, ովքեր են ընտրվելու և այլն։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՍԴ-ում ներկա փուլում երկու դատավորներ իրենք իրենց «ասող» են հռչակել և փորձում են կոորդինացիա իրականացնել. խոսքը Վահե Գրիգորյանի և Արման Դիլանյանի մասին է։ Թերթի՝ ՍԴ աղբյուրը հաղորդել է, որ անցած տարի իրեն ՍԴ նախագահ հռչակած Վահե Գրիգորյանը հիմա փորձում է աստիճանաբար նորից դերի մեջ մտնել։
