Հունական Լեսբոս կղզում գտնվող «Մորիա» փախստականների ճամբարներում բռնկված հզոր հրդեհների հետևանքով հազարավոր մարդիկ ստիպված են եղել լքել իրենց ապաստարանը, հայտնում է The Guardian պարբերականը։ 

Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ չորեքշաբթի վաղ առավոտյան սկսված հրդեհի հետևանքով տուժածների մասին դեռևս տեղեկություններ չկան։ 

Հայտնի չէ, թե ինչն է հրդեհի բռնկման պատճառը: Նշվում է, որ շենքի ներսում և դրսում բռնկված կրակի մարման ուղղությամբ ոստիկանների օգնությամբ 25 հրշեջ և 10 մեքենա է աշխատել ։ 

Հայտնի է, որ օգնություն տրամադրող մի շարք կազմակերպություններ ժամանակին քննադատություններ են հնչեցրել մոտ 12 000 գաղթական ապաստանած ճամբարում կենսական  վատ պայմանների առնչությամբ։
