Արուսիկ Մկրտչյանն այսօր կրկին ահազանգել է, որ արդեն 6-րդ օրն է՝ լուր չունի իր անչափահաս երեխայից: Ինչպես օրեր առաջ էր հայտարարել, տղայի հայրը՝ Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանը, նրան պահում է իր մոտ, չի պատասխանում զանգերին եւ չի թողնում վերջինիս հետ կապ հաստատել:

Թեմային առնչվող հայտարարություն է տարածել Ռ. Խաչատրյանի ներկայացուցիչ Անի Անտոնյանը՝ նշելով, որ հարցը վերաբերում է ընտանեկան վեճին, որի լուծումը հանձնված է դատարանին:

«Դատարանում քննարկվում են բնակության վայր սահմանելու, ալիմենտի չափ սահմանելու հարցերը: Ավելին, մինչ խնդիրը լրատվամիջոցներին ներկայացնելը Արուսյակ Մկրտչյանի և Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանի կողմից դատարան է հանձնվել ստորագրված Հաշտության համաձայնություն: Ինչ վերաբերում է երեխայի խնամքին եւ բնակության վայրին, պետք է նշել, որ այդ հարցում ծնողները ունեն հավասար իրավունքներ: Հետեւաբար, երեխայի ծնողներից յուրաքանչյուրի մոտ գտնվելն իրավաչափ է»,-նշել է Ա. Անտոնյանը:

Ռ. Խաչատրյանի ներկայացուցիչը տեղեկացրել է, որ «երեխան լիարժեք առողջ է, գտնվում է հոր հոգածության ներքո եւ ունի բարձր տրամադրություն»:

Արուսիկ Մկրտչյանի պնդմամբ՝ Ռ. Խաչատրյանի ներկայացուցչի հայտնած տեղեկությունները ճիշտ չեն եւ միտված են բացառապես արդարացնել նրա վստահորդի գործողությունները.«Դրանք չեն բխում փոքրահասակ երեխայի լավագույն շահերից, այդ թվում՝ ծնողի՝ երեխայի առողջ ֆիզիկական եւ հոգեւոր զարգացումն ապահովելու պարտականությունից: Անհերքելի փաստ է այն, որ մինչ Ռ. Խաչատրյանի կողմից երեխային վերցնելը եւ ապօրինի իր մոտ պահելը, որդիս փաստացի բնակվել է ինձ հետ եւ գտնվել է իմ անմիջական խնամքին:

Ներկայացուցչի հիշատակած հաշտության համաձայնությունը վերաբերել է իմ եւ Ռ. Խաչատրյանի միջեւ ծագած վեճի դատական լուծման ենթակա հարցերին: Մասնավորապես, տվյալ հաշտության համաձայնությամբ Ռ. Խաչատրյանն արձանագրում էր, որ որդիս պետք է շարունակի բնակվել ինձ հետ, իսկ ինքը հնարավորություն ունենա տեսակցել նրան որոշակի ժամերով: Ընդ որում, թեեւ տվյալ համաձայնության տեքստն իմ կողմից սկզբնապես ստորագրվել էր, սակայն այն դատարանի կողմից չի հաստատվել եւ առկա չէ այդ մասով դատարանի վճիռը, քանի որ ես հրաժարվել եմ Ռ. Խաչատրյանի հետ հաշտություն կնքելուց: Հետեւապես, տվյալ փաստաթուղթը որեւէ իրավական ուժ չունի»:
