ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նազելի Բաղդասարյանը սեպտեմբերի 15-ին թիվ մեկ քաղաքական ամբիոնից հնչեցրել է հայտարարություն, որը համարում ենք ՇՊՀ ուսանողական խորհրդի նկատմամբ քաղաքական ճնշում, ինչպես նաև ինքնակառավարվող մարմնի գործունեությանը քաղաքական միջամտություն։

Այսպես, տիկին Բաղդասարյանն իր ելույթում «Ռեստարտ» անվանումով մի խմբակի կողմից որպես «ուսանողական խորհուրդ» ինքնահռչակումը գնահատել է ոչ ավելի, ոչ պակաս, քան նոր ձևավորված ուսանողական խորհուրդ, ինչը դուրս է առողջ տրամաբանությունից և որևէ առնչություն չունի օրինականության հետ։

Միաժամանակ, նույն քաղաքական ամբիոնից բարձրաձայնելով «Ռեստարտ» խմբավորման կողմից ստեղծված իբր նոր ուսանողական խորհրդի գործունեության արգելքների և ՇՊՀ ուսանողներին քաղաքական պրոցեսներում ներքաշելու մասին, պատգամավորն ինքն է քաղաքականացնում ուսանողական խորհրդի գործունեությունը, այն կապելով ապագայում տեղի ունեցող քաղաքական գործընթացների հետ։ Պատգամավորը փորձում է կեղծ ուսանողական խորհրդի գործունեությունը լեգալացնել ապագայում տեղի ունեցող քաղաքական պրոցեսներով, մինչդեռ՝ ՇՊՀ ուսանողական խորհուրդն ապաքաղաքական, ապակուսակցական և ինքնակառավարվող անկախ կազմակերպություն է։ Պատգամավորը դիտավորյալ հաշվի չի առնում այն հանգամանքը, որ ՇՊՀ-ում վաղուց գործում է օրինական ուսանողական խորհուրդ, որն ընտրվել է բացառապես ՇՊՀ-ի ուսանողներից կազմված համագումարի կողմից։

Գտնում ենք, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորը պարտավոր է ինքնակառավարվող մարմնի, այն է՝ ուսանողական խորհրդի գործունեության նկատմամբ ցուցաբերել քաղաքական զսպվածություն, զերծ մնալ քաղաքական դիրքն ու հնարավորություններն օգտագործելով ուսանողական համայնքին քաղաքական խարդավանքների մեջ ներքաշելու փորձերից։

Շիրակի պետական համալսարանի միակ ուսանողական խորհուրդը գործում է տարիներ շարունակ, այդ տարիների ընթացքում մշտապես իրականացրել է իր գործառույթները, իր առաքելության շրջանակներում պաշտպանել է ուսանողների օրինական շահերն ու մշտապես հանդես է եկել որպես ուսանողների ներկայացուցչական ինքնակառավարման մարմին։

Ավելին, ՇՊՀ-ի անխափան և մշտական գործող միակ ուսանողական խորհուրդը մշտապես և լիարժեք մասնակցել է և շարունակում է մասնակցել ՇՊՀ-ի կառավարման բոլոր այն գործընթացներին, որոնցում ուսանողական խորհրդի ներկայացուցչական մասնակցությունն ու քվեարկության իրավունքը սահմանված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ։
