Առողջապահության փոխնախարար Արտյոմ Սմբատյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել, որտեղ նշել է, որ կորոնավիրուսով վարակված եղած ժամանակ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հիվանդանոցային բուժման ծախսերը արել է պետությունը և ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը որևէ վճարում չի արել:
Փոխնախարարը փաստորեն բան ու գործը թողած՝ ոստիկանի օպերատիվությամբ անդրադարձել է Աջափնյակում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի երեկ ունեցած ելույթին(լավ կլիներ, որ առողջապահության նախարարության ղեկավարությունը նման օպերատիվությամբ պայքարեր կորոնավիորւսի դեմ՝ սապոնը ձեռքին Նիկոլի դռանը հերթ կանգնելու փոխարեն)։
Սակայն գամ բուն խնդրին։
Եթե ես հանգամանքների բերումով ներկա չլինեի Ծառուկյանի երեկվա հանդիպմանը ու անձամբ լսած չլիեիր նրա ելույթը(Ծառուկյանի ու նրա թիմակիցների հանդիպումը դռնբաց էր ու տեղի էր ունենում մեր շենքի ու նաև իմ գրասենյակի հարևանությամբ), ինձ կարող էր թվալ՝ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը ելույթի ժամանակ մասնավոր խնդիր է բարձրացրել, ինչը ափալ-թափալ հերքվում է փոխնախարարի կողմից։
Բայց Ծառուկյանի ելույթը լսել եմ ու այնտեղ մասնավոր որևէ դրվագ չկար․ նա խոսում էր պետության հակահամաճարակային անարդյունավետ քաղաքականության մասին, որի հետևանքով տասնյակ, հարյուրավոր վարակակիրներ ժամանակին ու պատշաճ օգնություն չէին ստանում պետության կողմից՝ մնալով իրենց քսակի, ծանոթ-բարեկամի ողորմածությանը։ Նաև այս պատճառով են արձանագրվել վարակակիրների մեծ թիվ ու ինչքան էլ դժվար է խոստովանել՝ մահեր, որոնք կարող էին և չլինել, եթե Արսեն Թորոսյանն ու նրա ենթակաները՝ քաղաքական պոռոտախոսության ու ամբարտավանության փոխարեն, զբաղվեին իրենց գործով, կորոնավիրուսը ծաղրելու փոխարեն՝ լծվեին դրա դեմ պայքարին։
Հենց այս մասին էր Ծառուկյանի խոսքը ու ոչ թե՝ այս կամ այն մասնավոր դեպքի։ Ի դեպ, եթե մասնավոր դեպքերի մասին խոսենք, ապա իմ շրջապատում բազմաթիվ են մարդիկ, ովքեր մայիս-հուլիս ամիսներին սիմպոտմներով դիմել են պոլիկնիկաներ, պարետատուն ու հոգնելով անպտուղ հեռախոսազանգերից՝ հարկադրված ծանոթ բժիշկի խորհուրդներով ու սեփական միջոցներով հոգացել են իրենց առողջության մասին։
Անգամ վարչապետը մեկ-երկու դրվագով խոստովանել է, որ մահը կարող էր վրա չհասնել, եթե պետությունն ունենար պացիենտին պատշաճ բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերլու հնարավորություն։ Ի՞նչն է հերքում Սմբատյանը։
Ու հիմա անհասկանալի է Արտյոմ Սմբատյանի «օպերատիվությունը», «Հռոմի պապից կաթոլիկ» երևալու մոլուցքը։ Բա Ծառուկյանի «անվճար բուժման» լեգենդը տարածելուց զատ՝ անկեղծ եղեք ու ասեք նաև, թե նա ինչքան օգնություն է տարամադրել կոնկրետ բուժհաստատությունների, որոնք պայքարում են կորոնավիրուսի դեմ։ Թե՞ Նիկոլի պատվերը վերաբերում է միայն մարդու անունը «սևացնելուն»․․․
