Եգիպտոսում հայտնաբերվել է 27 դագաղ, որոնք թաղվել են ավելի քան 2500 տարի առաջ, ինչը, ինչպես ենթադրվում է, իր տեսակի մեջ ամենամեծ գտածոն է: Այս մասին գրում է Daily Mail պարբերականը:

Անհավանական գտածոն հայտնաբերել են Կահիրեի մերձակայքում գտնվող հին Սաքքարա նեկրոպոլիսում աշխատող հնագետները:

Այս ամսվա սկզբին հայտնաբերվել էր դեռևս 13 դագաղ, հետագա աշխատանքների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է ևս 14-ը:

«Նախնական ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ այդ դագաղներն ամբողջությամբ փակ են և չեն բացվել սկսած այն պահից, ինչ թաղվել են»,- ասված է Եգիպտոսի հնությունների հարցով նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։ 

Ենթադրվում է, որ գտածոն իր տեսակի մեջ ամենամեծն է, և նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ իրենք հույս ունեն շուտով «ավելի շատ գաղտնիքներ» բացահայտել հայտնաբերվածի վերաբերյալ:

The sarcophagi have been buried underground for 2,500 years. 13 were initially found earlier this month before a further 14 were uncovered
