1in.am-ը գրել է․ «Ճիշտ է, 30 տարվա ընթացքում ՄԽ-ն ոչ մի քայլ չի արել այս հակամարտության լուծման համար ու ցույց է տվել իր չկայացածությունը։ Թուրքիան ուզում է ակտիվացնել իր մասնակցությունը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության լուծման գործում և լինել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ»։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Չավուշօղլուն: Դա ուշադրության արժանի հայտարարություն է: Անցնող օրերին մի քանի առիթով նշել եմ, որ Թուրքիայի նպատակը ձևաչափ խցկվելն է․․․

Ընդ որում, արժե ուշադրություն դարձնել. Չավուշօղլուն դե ֆակտո, տողատակում ասում է՝ ոչինչ, որ հարցը 30 տարի չեն լուծել եռանախագահները, թեկուզ 30 տարի էլ չլուծվի, բայց մենք էլ լինենք «չլուծող»: Անկարան գիտե, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության եռյակ ձևաչափը վաղուց դարձել է աշխարհաքաղաքական հարակից այլ հարցեր քննարկելու յուրօրինակ և բացառիկ ձևաչափ, և ուզում է դառնալ մասնակից: Ուրիշ որտե՞ղ նա կարող է լինել ՄԱԿ ԱԽ հինգ մշտական անդամներից երեքի հետ նույն սեղանի շուրջ․․․

Դրա միջոցով թուրքերն ակնկալում են իրենց աշխարհաքաղաքական դերի բարձրացում՝ նոր աշխարհակարգի ձևավորման գործընթացի համատեքստում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թուրքիայի կարևոր նպատակներից է, թերևս, հասնել հայկական հարցի միջազգային ճնշման հակազդման: Սա թուրքական պետականության հիմնարար գլխացավանքն է, որը մշտապես տանջելու է նրանց․․․

Հիշենք, դեռևս փետրվարին տեղեկություն եղավ, որ Էրդողանը ստեղծել է հատուկ կառույց հայկական հարցով միջազգային ճնշմանը հակազդելու համար: Համանախագահության մեջ խցկվելը նրան պետք է զգալիորեն նաև այդ հարցի համար: Ինչպիսի՞ն կլինի երեք համանախագահների, նաև Իրանի, այլ ուժային կենտրոնների դիրքորոշումը:

Բայց պարզ է մի բան, որ ահաբեկիչ պետությունը չի կարող լինել որևէ, առավել ևս Արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման միջնորդ: Չի կարող միջնորդ լինել մի պետություն, որը ահաբեկչական պատերազմ է պարտադրել Արցախին և թիրախավորել խաղաղ բնակչությանը: Սա ամենևին միարժեք և միագիծ հուզական պնդում չէ՝ բազմազան և բազմավեկտոր, բազմագույն և բազմաշերտ աշխարհաքաղաքականություն երևույթի ֆոնին: Ի վերջո՝ անկասկած է, որ աշխարհագրորեն Հայաստանն ու Թուրքիան կողք-կողքի են և պետք է ապրեն կողք-կողքի ու, թերևս, ոչ հավերժական պատերազմի ռեժիմում: Սակայն որևէ միջնորդական հավակնության համար նախ պետք է դադարեցնել ահաբեկչական պատերազմը, որ հրահրել է Թուրքիան, և հետո միայն մտածել այն պայմանների շուրջ, որոնք ռեգիոնալ անվտանգության ու կայունության ինստիտուցիոնալ երաշխավորման պայմաններում կարող են լինել Թուրքիայի որևէ ներգրավվածության հեռանկարի քննարկման հիմք: Առայժմ Թուրքիայի հարցում բոլոր քննարկումները հանում է հայկական բանակը՝ իր հակաահաբեկչական գործողությամբ: Միևնույն ժամանակ, սակայն, ակնառու է մի բան, որ Չավուշօղլուն, ըստ էության, հայտարարում է, որ իրենց համար չկա Ադրբեջան ու Արցախի հարց, իրենց համար խնդիրը ձևաչափ մտնելն է՝ թեկուզ 30 տարի ստատուս-քվոն պահելով: Ասել կուզի, Դավութօղլուն, ըստ էության, ասում է Ալիևից հրաժարվելու պայմանը
