Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հայտարարությունները, թե, իբր, Հայաստանի ԶՈՒ-ն Հադրութի և Ջաբրայիլի ուղղություններով հարձակման փորձ է արել և կրակի տակ առել ադրբեջանական վերասկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում դիերը հավաքող բացահայտ տարբերակիչ նշաններ ունեցող և սպիտակ դրոշը պարզած սանիտարական մեքենան, անհիմն են և նպատակ են հետապնդում հումանիտար հրադադարի խախտման պատասխանատվությունը բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՊՆ-ից։

«Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ԱԳ նախարարների մակարդակով ընդունված համատեղ հայտարարությունում հստակ նշված է, որ Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ռազմագերիների և պահվող այլ անձանց, զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակումը պետք է իրականացվի Կարմիր Խաչի Միջազգային Կոմիտեի միջնորդությամբ և վերջինիս չափանիշների համաձայն, ինչը այս պահի դրությամբ տեղի չի ունենում ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից շարունակաբար վարվող մարտական գործողությունների պատճառով:

Ադրբեջանական կողմի մեղադրանքները դիտարկում ենք որպես պարզունակ սադրանք և հրավիրում շահագրգիռ կողմերի ուշադրությունն այս փաստի վրա»,-նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։
