Երեկ Մոսկվա-Բաքու-Անկարա եռանկյունում դիվանագիտական աշխուժություն էր: Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Մոսկվայում ձեռք բերված հրադադարի համաձայնությունը Թուրքիայում դժգոհություն է առաջացրել, քանի որ պահպանվում է բանակցային գործող ձեւաչափը, որտեղ Թուրքիան տեղ չունի: Փորձագետները դրանով են պայմանավորում այն, որ Բաքուն չի պահպանել հրադադարի համաձայնությունը եւ շարունակում է հարձակումները Արցախի դեմ: Այդպիսով, ըստ նրանց, Անկարան ու Բաքուն մարտահրավեր են նետել Պուտինին: Նախօրեին Պուտինը Ալիեւի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում պարզաբանել է մոսկովյան փաստաթղթի մի շարք դետալներ, որից հետո Լավրովը հրապարակել է բանակցային սեղանին գտնվող փաստաթուղթը՝ տխրահռչակ փուլային տարբերակը, որը ենթադրում է միակողմանի զիջումներ Հայաստանից՝ փաստացի ոչնչի դիմաց: Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ շրջանում պետք է տեղակայվեն ռուս խաղաղապահներ: ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դրանից հետո հանդես է եկել ուղերձով, հայտարարելով, որ կարգավորման այդ տարբերակն ընդունելի չէ Հայաստանի համար: Ալիեւը համաձայնություն է հայտնել այդ տարբերակին՝ նշելով հայկական ուժերի դուրս բերման առաջնահերթությունը: Փորձագետները նշում են, որ վերջին օրերին Ալիեւը սկսել է «մանեւրել» Բաքվի ու Անկարայի միջեւ, մի կողմից համաձայնություն տալով մոսկովյան համաձայնագրին, մյուս կողմից պնդելով Թուրքիայի մասնակցությունը քաղաքական կարգավորման գործընթացին: Միեւնույն ժամանակ, նկատելի է նաեւ, որ Թուրքիան փորձում է ամեն կերպ ցույց տալ, որ Ալիեւը կորցրել է ինքնուրույնությունը, եւ ընդհուպ հրադադարի վերահսկողության հարցում անհրաժեշտ է Թուրքիայի մասնակցությունը: Ալիեւին մղելով պատերազմը շարունակելուն, Անկարան երկրորդ փորձն է ձեռնարկել բանակցային առկա ձեւաչափը տապալելու համար, Մոսկվային առաջարկելով նոր ձեւաչափ, որը ենթադրում է Մինսկի խմբի արեւմտյան համանախագահների դուրս մղումը գործընթացից: Ի՞նչ կպատասխանի Մոսկվան: Պատերազմի սկզբում, երբ տապալվեց թուրք-ադրբեջանական բլից-կրիգը, Պուտինը հայտարարեց, որ Էրդողանի ու Ալիեւի հետ կխոսի, երբ դրա անհրաժեշտությունն առաջանա: Ալիեւի հետ նա խոսեց մոսկովյան համաձայնագրի նախօրեին, երեկ թուրքական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ խոսեց Էրդողանի հետ: Ուշագրավ է, որ երեկ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը հայտարարեց, որ Թուրքիան զինում ու ապահովում է Ադրբեջանին, կոչ արեց չանել դա ու չմիջամտել գործընթացներին: Նյութի աղբյուր՝ lragir.am
