Քիչ առաջ ՄԻԵԴ-ը բավարարեց հայ փաստաբանների դիմումը՝ Ադրբեջանին պարտավորեցնելով ապահովել հայ 2 ռազմագերիների կյանքի ու առողջության իրավունքը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՄԻԵԴ-ում Արեգ Սարգսյանի և Նարեկ Ամիրջանյանի ընտանիքի ներկայացուցի Արտակ Զեյնալյանը։

«Երկու օր առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ գերեվարված երկու զինծառայողների անունից հրատապ միջոց կիրառելու մասին դիմում է ներկայացվել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան։ Դատարանը Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունից տեղեկատվություն պահանջելու մասին որոշում էր կայացրել՝ վերջնաժամկետ սահմանելով 22.10.2020թ։

Հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումների վերաբերյալ բացահայտված դրվագները՝ կրկին անգամ դիմում էր ներկայացվել Եվրոպական դատարանին և ներկայացվել էին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ներգրավվածությամբ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ պատերազմական հանցագործություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ ապացույցներ։

Դատարանը քիչ առաջ բավարարեց հայ դիմումատուների պահանջը՝ պարտավորեցնելով Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը ապահովել Արեգ Սարգսյանի և Նարեկ Ամիրջանյանի կյանքի անձեռնմխելիությունը և նրանց առողջության իրավունքը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ Դատարանը պահանջել է Ադրբեջանից մինչև 22.10.2020թ․ Եվրոպական դատարանին ներկայացնել տեղեկություններ վերջիններիս որպիսության և առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ»,-ասված է գրառման մեջ։

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում նշված զինծառայողների շահերը ներկայացնում են փաստաբան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը և իրավապաշտպան Արտակ Զեյնալյանը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ ավելի վաղ Արտակ Զեյնալյանը ՀԺ-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել էր, որ գերեվարված Արեգ Սարգսյանն ու Նարեկ Ամիրջանյանը ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ժամկետային զինծառայողներ են՝ ծնված 2001 թվականին։ Գ երեվարված զինծառայողների ընտանիքի անդամների անունից հոկտեմբերի 10-ին իրավապաշտպանների խումբը հրատապ միջոց կիրառելու պահանջով դիմել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան:

Վերջինս դիմումը ստացել է, ծանուցել Ադրբեջանի Կառավարությանը եւ տեղեկություններ պահանջել զինծառայողների պահման պայմանների, առողջական վիճակի եւ փոխանակման հնարավորության մասին։ Հարցադրումներին պատասխանելու համար Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը տրվել է վերջնաժամկետ մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 22-ը։
