Եթե մարդկային ցավալի կորուստները չլինեին, ապա հետևելով վերջին օրերին հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության զարգացումներին, կարելի կլիներ մի լավ ծիծաղել ադրբեջանական «պրիմիտիվություն-հիմարության» վրա։ Բայց պատերազմի ֆոնին ծիծաղելը տեղին չէ, այնպես որ հիմա ավելի լուրջ բանից խոսեմ։

Ադրբեջանն այնքան թքած ունի սեփական ժողովրդի վրա, որ պարբերաբար իր կրակակետերը տեղակայում է քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերում։ Նպատակը պարզից էլ պարզ է՝ հայերը պատասխան կրակով ոչնչացնում են նրանց կրակակետերը՝ բնականաբար վնասելով նաև քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները։ Այս գործելաոճն Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր իշխանությունը վաղուց է որդեգրել, սա նրանց հնարավորություն է տալիս մեղադրել հայկական կողմին քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը վնասելու մեջ։

Առանձին անդրադառնամ Գյանջային։ Ադրբեջանական՝ մեծությամբ երկրորդ այս քաղաքն պատերազմական այս օրերին պարբերաբար հայտնվում է լրահոսում։ Շատ հետաքրքիր է, այդ ինչու է Գյանջան, որ 90-ականների պատերազմում գրեթե չվնասված քաղաքներից է, այս անգամ հաճախ հայտնվում հայերի թիրախում։ Պատասխանն իրականում ակնհայտ է Ադրբեջանում ընթացող քաղաքական գործընթացներին հետևողի համար։ Այս երկրում, որտեղ տոտալ բռնատիրություն է, Գյանջան հայտնի է որպես ընդդիմադիրների որջ։

Դեռ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 3-ին այստեղ մահափորձ տեղի ունեցավ գործադիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ Էլմար Վելիևի նկատմամբ։ Ավելի ուշ՝ հուլիսի 10-ին ի աջակցություն գործով ձերբակալվածների բողոքի ակցիա կազմակերպվեց, քաշքշուկ սկսվեց ցուցարարների և ոստիկանության միջև, ինչի արդյունքում էլ ոստիկաններ սպանվեցին։ Ավելի ուշ իրավապահ մարմինները տեղի ունեցածը որակեցին «նախապես ծրագրված ահաբեկչություն՝ երկրում քաոս և խուճապ ստեղծելու և, ի վերջո, իշխանությունը բռնությամբ զավթելու նպատակով»։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հետաքննությունը վերցրեց իր անձնական վերահսկողության ներքո, և այդ օրից Գյանջան ավելացրեց իր «սև ցուցակում»։

Եվ ահա այս պատերազմը հրաշալի առիթ էր Ալիևի համար իր ծավալապաշտական ցանկություններն իրագործելուն զուգահեռ վրեժխնդիր լինել գյանջայեցիներից։ Ու այստեղ նրան օգնության հասավ իր վաղուց որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը՝ Գյանջան սարքել կրակակետերի ապաստարան և հայերին դրդել փոխադարձ հարվածներ հասցնել քաղաքին։

Իսկ թե քանի ադրբեջանցի կմեռնի այս ամենի արդյունքում, նա խորապես թքած ունի, ավելին՝ նույնիսկ պատրաստ է ներքին պայթյուններ կազմակերպել քաղաքում՝ միայն թե իր անհագուրդ ահաբեկչական ցանկությունները բավարարվեն։
