Հոկտեմբերի 29-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակաբար թիրախավորվել են Արցախի խաղաղ բնակավայրերը, այդ թվում՝ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտը:

Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք առաքելության շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ օրվա ընթացքում մայրաքաղաքին հասցված հրթիռային հարվածների հետևանքով վիրավորվել է երկու քաղաքացի: Ավերվել կամ վնասվել են բնակելի տներ և մեքենաներ, ինչպես նաև կենսական նշանակության քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքներ:

Շուշի քաղաքի հրթիռակոծության հետևանքով քաղաքի բնակելի հատվածներին և քաղաքացիական օբյեկտներին հասցվել է նյութական մեծ վնաս:

Ադրբեջանական հարվածների հետևանքով Ասկերանի շրջանի Սղնախ գյուղում երկու քաղաքացիական անձ է վիրավորվել: Շրջկենտրոններ Ասկերան, Մարտակերտ և Մարտունի քաղաքներն ու հարակից բնակավայրերը նույնպես ենթարկվել են հարվածների, քաղաքացիական բնակչության շրջանում զոհեր և վիրավորներ չկան, սակայն համայնքներին հասցվել է նյութական մեծ վնաս:

Ադրբեջանը հանցավոր կերպով շարունակել է թիրախավորել հումանիտար գործառույթներ իրականացնող Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության աշխատակիցներին, որի հետևանքով ԱԻՊԾ մեկ աշխատակից՝ Հարություն Աթաջանյանը զոհվել է, իսկ 5 աշխատակիցներ վիրավորվել են:
