Հունաստանի քաղաքներից Լարիսայի քաղաքային խորհուրդը բանաձև է ընդունել, որով դատապարտում է պետությունների և ժողովուրդների միջև վեճերը լուծելու համար բռնության կիրառման ցանկացած գործողություն: Հունաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ Լարիսայի քաղաքապետարանի քաղաքային խորհուրդը ընդգծում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում լարվածության աճը լուրջ հետևանքներ ունի տարածաշրջանային փխրուն կայունության համար:

«Լարիսայի քաղաքային խորհուրդը դատապարտում է՝ պետությունների և ժողովուրդների միջև վեճերը լուծելու համար բռնության կիրառման ցանկացած գործողություն: Մենք չենք ընդունում տարածաշրջանում լարվածությունը խաթարող երրորդ երկրի ցանկացած միջամտություն և, այս տրամաբանության մեջ, կոչ ենք անում Թուրքիային զերծ մնալ որևէ գործողությունից կամ պաշտոնատար անձանց հրապարակային հայտարարություններից: Մենք մեր խորին համոզմունքն ենք հայտնում, որ ցանկացած ճգնաժամ հնարավոր է կարգավորել միայն երկխոսության միջոցով, միջազգային և խաղաղության համար նախատեսված նորմերի միջոցով՝ այլ ոչ թե զենքի սպառնալիքով: Մենք մեր նվիրվածությունն ենք հայտնում միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը հարգող բոլոր ժողովուրդներին: Եթե անհրաժեշտություն առաջանա, մենք կցանկանայինք համագործակցել Հունաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանության հետ` հայ անչափահաս փախստականներին հյուրընկալելու հարցում` ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի ֆինանսավորմամբ»,-ասված է բանաձևում:

Նշվում է նաև հույն և հայ ժողովուրդների բարեկամական պատմական կապերի մասին, ինչը փաստում է, որ, Հունաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերություններն ունեն պատմական երկարամյա հենք: Հունաստանն այն երկրների շարքում է, որը պաշտոնապես ճանաչել է 1915 թվականի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, իսկ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը ճանաչել է Պոնտոսի հույների ցեղասպանությունը, Հունաստանը, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցելով, տրամադրել է Հայաստանին զարգացման և հումանիտար օգնություն:
