Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանն այսօր մասնակցել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի՝ Հունաստանի նախագահության ներքո կազմակերպված Արդարադատության նախարարների հեռավար խորհրդաժողովին։

Շնորհավորելով Հունաստանի իշխանություններին Եվրոպայի խորհրդում Նախագահության ստանձման առթիվ՝ նախարարը խորհրդանշական է համարել, որ Հունաստանի նախագահությունը կենտրոնանում է օրենքի գերակայության առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների վերհանմանն ու լուծմանը:

Ներկայացնելով ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների Հայաստանի օրակարգը՝ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նշել է, որ այն ուղղված է հասարակության վստահության բարելավմանը, դատական ​​համակարգի անկախության, անկողմնակալության և հաշվետվողականության բարձրացմանն ու արդարադատության անխոչընդոտ հասանելիության ապահովմանը:

«Մեր բարեփոխումների հիմնական մարտահրավերներից մեկը համաճարակն է, սակայն մարտահրավերն այս դեպքում չի նշանակում, որ մենք հետ ենք կանգնում մեր օրակարգից, մենք հարմարեցնում ենք մեր ծրագրերը, վերանայում առաջնահերթություններն ու շարժվում առաջ: Հաջորդ և էական մարտահրավերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ ԵԽ անդամ երկու պետությունների սանձազերծած լայնածավալ ռազմական ագրեսիան է, որն ունի էթնիկ հիմք, թիրախում քաղաքացիական բնակչությունն է ավելին, այս պրոցեսում ներգրավված են վարձկան-ահաբեկիչներ: Շատ հեղինակավոր միջազգային իրավապաշտպաններ իրավիճակը տեղում գնահատել են որպես «ցեղասպանության վտանգ»,- տեղեկացրել է Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարը և վտանգավոր որակել այն փաստը, որ ԵԽ մեկ այլ անդամ պետության ակտիվ ներգրավմամբ ջիհադիստ ահաբեկիչները Սիրիայից և Լիբիայից տեղափոխվում են տարածաշրջան, ինչն ապացուցվում է բազմաթիվ հիմնավոր զեկույցներով և հաստատվում է պետությունների ղեկավարների և հետախուզական ծառայությունների տարբեր հայտարարություններով:

Ռուստամ Բադասյանն այս համատեքստում շեշտել է, որ երբեմն, անդամ պետություններում որոշակի վիճելի հարցերով, ականատեսն ենք լինում արագ արձագանքման ու նպատակային գործողությունների, և, ցավոք, շատ հաճախ տեսնում ենք մեծ վարանում ու, փաստորեն, զրո գործողություն այն դեպքերում, երբ մարդկային կյանքերն են անմիջական սպառնալիքի տակ՝ այդ անձանց էթնիկ պատկանելության հիմքով:

«Ես կոչ եմ անում գործել, երբ հարձակման է ենթարկվում ամենակարևոր արժեքը՝ մարդկային կյանքը»,- ասել է Հայաստանի արդարադատութան նախարարը։
