ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն ակնհայտ ագրեսիա է համարում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածքում ՌԴ Մի-24 ուղղաթիռի խոցումը: Հարությունյանն այս մասին ասաց «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում:

«Ադրբեջանի հակաօդային ստորաբաժանումների կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության  սուվերեն տարածքում՝ երկրի դաշնակցի՝ Ռուսաստանի օդատիեզերական ուժերի Մի-24 ուղղաթիռ խոցելը ակնհայտ ագրեսիա է և հարձակում է թե Հայաստանի, և թե Ռուսաստանի վրա: Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը ակնհայտ տեսնում էր, որ ուղղաթիռը թռնում է Հայաստանի տարածքով և ակնհայտ է, որ իրենից վտանգ չի ներկայացրել: Չնայած այդ հանգամանքին, իրենք օգտագործել են հակաօդային պաշտպանության միջոց և խոցել են ուղղաթիռը:

Մյուս կողմից, խոցվել է ռուսական 102-րդ բազայի ուղղաթիռը, իսկ հարձակումը ուղղաթիռների, օդանավերի վրա համարվում է հարձակում տվյալ պետության՝ Ռուսաստանի վրա, քանի որ օդանավը համարվում է տվյալ պետության տարածք: Այս դեպքում կոպտորեն խախտվել են միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնական սկզբունքները»,- ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդականը անհրաժեշտ է համարում նաև ուսումնասիրել Հայաստանի դաշնակցի ուղղաթիռի վրա հարձակմանը նաև Թուրքիայի անթաքույց մասնակցությունը, քանի որ ուղղաթիռը խոցվել է Նախիջևանից, իսկ այն գտնվում է Թուրքիայի վերահսկողության տակ:

«Ակնհայտ է, որ ուղղաթիռի թռիչքի բնույթը և ուղղությունը չէր կարող ադրբեջանա-թուրքական կողմի համար ընդունվել որպես սպառնալիք, և այս առումով որևէ փաստարկ համոզիչ չէ: Սա նման է Սիրիայում ռուսական Սու-24 ինքնաթիռի խոցման՝ թուրքական ոճին»,- եզրափակեց Հարությունյանը:
