Սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Արցախում սանձազերծված պատերազմը դադարեցնելու մասին Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների միջև ձեռք բերված եռակողմ համաձայնությունը և ԼՂ հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի ռեժիմի վերահսկման նպատակով ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի տեղակայումը հնարավորություն է ստեղծում մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում գերության մեջ հայտնված կամ դեռևս գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց ճակատագրերի ճշտման, դիակների փոխանակման համար:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պատրաստակամ է համակողմանի աջակցություն ցուցաբերել ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբին առաքելության ընթացքում: Արդեն իսկ ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում խաղաղապահ առաքելության ղեկավարության և ԿԽՄԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ սեղմ ժամկետներում գերության մեջ հայտնված անձանց և դիակների փոխանակման կիրառական մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելու և գործընթացն իրականացնելու համար:

Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամը սահմանված կարգով սկսել է կատարել հատուցումներ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից հետո վիրավորված կամ զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում անհայտ կորածների մասին առկա օրենսդրական դաշտի, ինչպես նաև վիրավորված կամ զոհված զինծառայողներին տրամադրվող հատուցումների գործող կարգի պարզեցման և հատուցումների տրամադրման ժամկետների կրճատման վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների մշակման ուղղությամբ:
