Այսօր մեկնարկել է զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակման գործընթացը՝ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելության համակարգմամբ, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության մասնակցությամբ: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն իր համեստ ներդրումն է ունեցել տվյալների նախնական հավաքագրման ու մշակման եւ գործընթացում ընդգրկված կառույցների միջեւ արդյունավետ ու արագ կապի ապահովման գործում: Այս մասին հայտնում է Արցախի ՄԻՊ Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։

«Այսօր մեկնարկել է զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակման գործընթացը՝ ՌԴ խաղաղապահ առաքելության համակարգմամբ, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության մասնակցությամբ: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն իր համեստ ներդրումն է ունեցել տվյալների նախնական հավաքագրման ու մշակման եւ գործընթացում ընդգրկված կառույցների միջեւ արդյունավետ ու արագ կապի ապահովման գործում:

Ուրախ եմ, որ արդեն կան հաջողություններ, եւ որոշակի քանակի մարմիններ դուրս են հանվել Շուշիի մերձակա որոշ տարածքներից: Հուսամ, որ հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետում բոլոր անհայտ կորածների ճակատագրերը կպարզվեն եւ նրանք կամ գոնե նրանց մարմինները կհասնեն իրենց հարազատներին:

Կրկին իմ զորակցությունն եմ հայտնում բոլոր զոհվածների հարազատներին եւ հավաստիացնում, որ նրանց հարազատը նաեւ իմ հարազատն է, նրանց ցավը նաեւ իմ ցավն է, նրանց հպարտությունը նաեւ իմ հպարտությունն է:

Պետք է բոլորս ամուր լինենք եւ շարունակենք նահատակների կիսատ թողած գործը՝ հանուն նրանց վառ հիշատակի ու Հայրենիքի հարատեւման»,- գրել է նա։
