Հինգ պատճառ՝ ինչու իշխանությունը պետք է հեռանա հենց հիմա։ Այս մասին գրում է տնտեսագետ Անդրանիկ Մնացականյանը։

Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է.

«Հինգ պատճառ՝ ինչու իշխանությունը պետք է հեռանա հենց հիմա

Եթե կարողացել եք մինչեւ վերջ հետեւել վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի վերջին լայվերին, ելույթներին ու հարցազրույցներին, ապա ակնհայտ է  դառնում ամենաքիչը հինգ պատճառ՝ ինչու նա պետք է հեռանա հենց հիմա.

1. Պատասխանատվության բացակայություն - Թե՛ հայտարարությունը ստորագրած անձը, թե՛ իշխանական խմբակը ցույց չեն տալիս պատասխանատվության գեթ մեկ նշույլ: Մեղադրում են, գոռում են, գույք են վեականգնում, օծանելիք են կորցնում, բայց նրանք մեղավոր չեն որեւէ բանում:

2. Վախ սեփական ժողովրդից - Ամոթալի համաձայնագրից հետո  տեղի ունեցավ աննախադեպ բան, երբ ռազմական դրության մեջ գտնվող երկրի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարը (որը երկու տարի առաջ իր նախորդին մեղադրում էր փշալարերով փակվելու մեջ)պատսպարվեց սեփական ժողովրդից մի անհասկանալի բունկերում: Նույնը իր խմբակի պատգամավորները եւս լռում էին եւ հետո սկսեցին պոպուլիզմի դոզան ու ֆեյքարշավը ֆեյսբուքում` համեմված ստերով, կեղծիքով եւ ակնհայտ մանիպուլյացիաներով:

3. Խոստումների չկատարելը - 2018թ. Սերժ Սարգսյանին ժողովուրդը իրավացիորեն չներեց խոստումը դրժելու համար, իսկ հիմա իշխանությունը մերժել է իր տված խոստումը ԼՂ հարցում ցանկացած պայմանգիր ժողովրդի հետ քննարկել մինչ ստորագրելը:

4. Պառակտում եւ ատելության քարոզ - Նույնիսկ այս ծանր վիճակում իշխանությունը շարունակում է պառակտել ազգին՝ նախկիններ, թալանչիններ, օծանելիք գողացողներ, դիրքից փախնողներ: Կայունություն խոստացող ուժը անդադար ու անխախտ քարոզում է ատել բոլոր-բոլորին բացի իրենցից, որովհետեւ իրենք կատարյալ են ու անսխալ

5. Տապալված պետական համակարգ (failed state) - Իշխանությունը շատ շատ կարճ ժամանակում հաջողացրել է տապալել բոլոր պետական ինստիտուները, որոնք կրիտիկական են այս ծանր վիճակում՝ դատարաններ շրջափակել, ՍԴ-ի բաստիոնը նվաճել, ԱԱԾ ում ամեն ամիս ղեկավար փոխել, ՊՆ շտաբի պետ փոխել, կրթական համակարգը ցնցել, առողջապահական համակարգը լուծարել: Ակնհայտորեն նրանք ունակ չեն այս ծանր վիճակում ապահովել համակարգի բացառիկ արդյունավետություն ծառացած մարտահրավերները լուծելու համար»։
