Չնայած նրան, որ որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր փորձում են մշտապես, բայց արհեստականորեն ակտիվ պահել հանրությանը, այնուամենայնիվ ոչ իշխանական գրեթե ցանկացած ծրագիր դատապարտված է չիրականացման: Հավանաբար դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ քաղաքական ուժերն այլեւս կորցրել են իրենց վստահությունը ժողովրդի առաջ, դե իսկ իշխանականներն էլ մշտապես իրենք իրենց ափսեում են:
Ներկայումս մեծ արձագանք է ստանում ավելի շատ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի ցանկացած արտահայտություն, քան որեւէ չինովնիկի բոցաշունչ ելույթը: Ինչ խոսք, ռազմաքաղաքական վերջին իրադարձությունները փաստեցին այն մասին, որ նախարարի կողմից յուրաքանչյուր քայլ ճիշտ հաշվարկված է եւ տեղին: Մշտապես լինելով ուշադրության կենտրոնում նախարարի անունը հոլովվում է արդեն 2018 թվականին կայանալիք ընտրությունների նախագահի հավանական թեկնածուների ցուցակում, այդ մասին է վկայում նաեւ «Սեյրան Օհանյան ՀՀ նախագահ 2018» facebook-յան էջը: Հասկանալու համար, թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված նման խմբի ստեղծումը եւ արդյո՞ք այն նախարարի նախաձեռնությամբ է ստեղծվել, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի հետ.
-Ո՛չ նախարարը ու ո՛չ էլ ես նման բան կյանքում թույլ չենք տա, դա պարզապես ծիծաղելի է:
-Սակայն պարոն Օհանյանի անունը նախագահական ընտրություններում որպես հավանական թեկնածու շատ է շրջանառվել:
-Այո, նման խոսակցություններ միշտ էլ շրջանառվել են ու նախարարը դրան շատ հստակ պատասխան է տվել: Պարոն Օհանյանը միշտ ասել է, որ նման բաներով պետք չէ զբաղվել: Ինքն այսօր ծառայում է բանակին՝ հետեւաբար նաեւ ժողովրդին:
-Այսինքն՝ նախարարը նախագահ դառնալու ցանկություն չունի՞:
-Ես կրկնեցի նախարարի խոսքը, այդքանը:
-Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ հենց այս ժամանակահատվածում է շահարկվում նախարարի անունը:
-Չգիտեմ, ես կգտնեմ այդ էջը ու կխնդրեմ, որ փակեն:
-Սա ի՞նչ է, հերթական սադրա՞նք:
-Չգիտեմ, թե դա ինչ է, բայց այսօր դա ոչ մեկիս պետք չէ հաստատ: Սա ընդամենն անիմաստ լարում է առաջացնում:
