Քարվաճառ-Վարդենիս մայրուղին վերջին օրերին նման է գաղթի ճանապարհի: 5 օր ժամանակ ստացած քարվաճառցիները բեռնատարներով, մարդատար մեքենաներով փորձում են Հայաստան տեղափոխել իրենց ունեցվածքը՝ կենցաղային իրերից, կահույքից մինչև անգամ ապամոնտաժված տանիքներ և լուսամուտներ:

Քարվաճառցիների իրերով բեռնված մեքենաներին զուգահեռ՝ Սոթք-Քարվաճառ ճանապարհին կարելի է տեսնել ռուսական ԲՏՌ-ներ, որոնք Արցախի հայկական մնացած փոքր հատվածում պետք է խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնեն:

Դեպի Քարվաճառ տանող ոլորաններում գրեթե չշարժվող խցանումներ են. մի մասը շտապում է իր ունեցած-չունեցածը դուրս բերել, մի մասն էլ գնում է Դադիվանք՝ վերջին անգամ առ Աստված աղոթք հղելու:
