Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ «Նոյեմբերի 13-ին հյուրընկալել եմ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության Լորդերի պալատի անդամ, բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Բարոնուհի Քոքսին երախտագիտություն եմ հայտնել Արցախի ժողովրդի համար ամենադժվար պահերին նրա ցուցաբերած աջակցության, Արցախում ծավալած մարդասիրական գործունեության համար:

Հանդիպմանը հանգամանալից անդրադարձել ենք Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Թուրքիայի և օտարերկրյա զինյալ ահաբեկիչների անմիջական ներգրավմամբ սանձազերծված լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիային, ադրբեջանաղարաբաղյան հակամարտության շուրջ վերջին զարգացումներին, կրակի և բոլոր ռազմական գործողությունների լիակատար դադարեցման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների նոյեմբերի 10-ի հայտարարությանն ու դրա դրույթներին և դրան հաջորդած զարգացումներին:

Բարոնուհի Քերոլայն Քոքսը ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր վարքագիծը պատշաճորեն դատապարտելու և Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ իր իրավունքների ու ազատությունների համար արդար պայքարի մասին բարձրաձայնելու ուղղությամբ պատերազմի ընթացքում միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում իր կողմից ձեռնարկված քայլերը, ընդգծել թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով Արցախում ստեղծված հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հասցեագրման ուղղությամբ միջազգային հանրության կողմից տեղում ձեռնարկվելիք քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը»:
